BRRRRIIINNNGGGG!!!

That's the bell...

"Eliza! C'mon! We got to get to class!"

Angelica called I looked up from my phone since I was waiting on Alex. My boyfriend. Alexander Hamilton.

He slept in.

Again.

I said, " But- I'm still waiting for Alex!"

Angelica said, " He'll be here! You don't want to be late on your first day of school now do you?!"

I shook my head grabbing my backpack following her to class.

"Eliza!"

"Liz!"

"Lizzie!"

"What's up!"

I waved happily settled in my desk getting greeted by Alexs' friends, John Laurens, Hercules Mulligan, Marquis Lafayette, and Aaron Burr.

Marie sat next to me said, " I thought you'd be late. Waiting on Alex's late self... You don't have to wait for him all the time, he's always late..."

I said, " I'm his girlfriend. It's my job."

She rolled her eyes said, " Stop clinging to him like glue! He's a big boy he can take care of himself! Believe me, give him some space!"

I said, " Oh shut up Antoinette! I got this!"

Marie took out her notebook said, " Alright..." Sounding unsure.

"So! You heard about the new girl?"

"New girl? "

"Who?"

"Her names Mari- Mary- Marie- Mari something... But she's pretty!"

"Her name is Mariah you idiot!"

I asked, " Where is she?"

Hercules nodded to a table that was near the garbage cans.

There, sat a girl with long brown hair, a red outfit, and sat with a book in her face. But she looked lonely.

And absolutely stunning.

"Eliza!"

"Earth to Eliza!"

I asked, " What?"

Angelica said, " We're just talking about what we'll do after school, we're just waiting for your opinion but your obviously occupied with something else..."

I said, " Oh! Sorry I was just day dreaming, I don't know if I'm free after school though..."

Peggy piped in, " Pleasseee?! Your always so busy nowadays! We never see you! "
