thank you -RETROFILM for the inspo. you really helped me get an idea on how i wanted this possible small short story to go. i would recommend listening to the song i linked while reading, if you want ofc :)

ALSO WHAT THE HECK WE GOT 1 MIL READS IN THIS BOOK?!! i have no words to express how thankful i am for every single one of you that takes their time out of their day to read this book. it all started off as a joke to see how i would do writing smut but now it's a hobby that i enjoy doing! thank you so much for everyone that comments votes and has this book in their reading list. i love you guys and hope you enjoy this cheesy fluff i wrote. this is so surreal i don't know how to feel LMAO.

i will write quackitys pov and then it goes to regular 2nd pov. also lmk if you want me to delete quackitys pov if it's too cringe.

quackitys pov

if i could rank all the blind dates wilbur has taken me to because i was the only single dude in our friend group, i would rank this one would be in e tier. this one didn't deserve f yet, the night wasnt over yet, and i've been in worse. the time wilbur brought me to a bar with a fake  ID to meet 'college' girls will always have a special hate deep in my heart. i got shitfaced and caught by my parents sneaking into my room and fell off the roof of my house, i don't know how i survived. and i still don't know how i survived the horrible consequences, staying with my aunt and her religious family for christmas instead of going to mexico with mine was horrendous.

another reason why this blind date would stay at e was because of casey. she was quiet though, but pretty to make up for it. her freckles complimented her face so well, with her light brown hair.

she wore this necklace with a lot of beads like the ones y/n wore all the time. like the one she wore today. it was made out of blue beads, with different sizes of small pearls, a few small quartz, and it had a silver half moon pendant in the middle. why do i remember that?

"yo quackity" wilbur spoke, kicking my shin from under the table.

i must've gotten too into my head because everyone was quiet waiting for me to answer wilbur. my thoughts tend to be too loud to drown the sound of things around me.

"yeah?" i replied, giving him a nod.

"i said. do you want to finish this at my place? my parents are at a work dinner and won't be home until" he said taking a moment to think. "2 am probably" wilbur smirked down to his girl, lila. i knew that smirk, the same one he gave any girl that would cross his path.

even though casey hasn't said another word to me other than she liked my beanie. maybe hooking up wouldn't be so bad, or have a real conversation i wouldn't mind neither.

"sure" i responded confidently. i looked down at the bill that was already signed by wilbur, he already payed and i was so out of it that i didn't realize. this was a shitty diner anyway, how much could the food had cost.

"great let's get going then" wilbur clapped getting up from the booth, smiling at lila and placing his arm around her shoulder. how could he manage to pull that so easily? this was like nothing to him, and i haven't been able to get casey to say a thing to me.

i'm horrible at this, i don't know why i keep agreeing to go on these blind dates if i don't know shit about women. there's so much to know and it's so easy to forget.
