Chapter 24

"BOO!"

Opening your eyes from the loud yell, you quickly try to find where the sound came from.

Locking eyes with familiar green ones, you see Suna laughing. Throwing a pillow directly at his face, he lost his balance from impact causing him to fall flat on the carpeted floor.

"Suna I swear to god I need to tell my mom to stop letting you in, this is the second time." You groan out.

Sitting up, he wipes a tear away from his eye due to laughter.

"I'm sorry I just had to, it was necessary."

"No it wasn't."

"Yeah...It wasn't." He says with a chuckle.

"Anyways happy birthday I guess." You say while rubbing your eyes.

"That sounded so sincere, thank you so much." He said sarcastically.

You roll your eyes playfully before ushering him over to you; He smiles as he stands up from the floor and walks over to you.

Opening your arms you embrace Suna in a hug. "Happy birthday Suna." You say with a light laugh.

He blushes and squeezes you a bit before pulling away.

"Okay I guess that was acceptable." He says with a smile.

"Wait, I just realized, what are you doing here? I said I was going over at 3." You say tilting your head as you stand up from the bed.

Waking over to your closet, you grab the outfit that you planned out the day before.

Placing the stack on the bed, you jump back into the blankets.

"Well I knew you were still going to be asleep so I just decided to come over early. Now, enough sleeping, go get ready." He says while pulling you from the comfort of your bed and into the cold. Suna lightly pushes you into the bathroom and immediately closes the door.

"I'll wait for you on the floor!" He shouts, the bathroom door muffling his voice.

Shaking your head, you stretch your arms before undressing yourself to head into the shower.

Walking into the shower, the warmth of the once freezing water instantly puts you at ease from the raging cold. Making a mental note to buy a small heater, you continue on with the shower.

Time skip: 20 minutes

'Damn it Suna.' You mentally say to yourself as you realize you didn't get a chance to grab the clothes you had on your bed.

'It's fine, I can just ask him to give me my clothes.
Right? It's not like it's a big deal.'

Taking a deep breath, you shout.

"SUNAAA!"

"WHAT!"

"Can you give me the clothes on the bed?" You say.

It's silent for a bit before you hear him respond.

"W-what?"

"Can you give me the clothes on the bed." You repeat again.

"Oh yeah sure." He says.

Thanking him, he was glad you weren't able to see just how nervous he actually was.

Suna didn't know why but for some reason giving you your clothes seemed like a huge deal to him.

'What the fuck what the fuck she wants me to give her her clothes!' He thinks to himself as he grabs the neatly stacked clothes from the bed.
