Idk part 4

After our talk, we had arrived at the hotel, I went into the crew bus, packed my bag, gave Camila a hug and a kiss good-bye then took a taxi to the airport. It is now 10am when I arrived back in Miami and I am on my way back to my house, I took out my phone and told Camila that I was back home safe, then I decided to text my friend Y/n and tell her that I was back in Miami, I put my phone down, took our some clothes and take a nice hot shower. Thirty minutes I walked out feeling nice and relaxed, I decided to wear all black, then I tied my hair into a bun, I started to unpack my clothes and put them away. When I was done, I looked at my phone and noticed that I got a text back from Y/n,

Dinergirl😁: Hey welcome back Laur is everything ok?

Laur: yeah everything is good, how are you?

Dinergirl😁: I'm good too, guess what?

Laur: what? tell me

Dinergirl😁: I have a daughter

Once I read her message, I quickly grabbed my keys and left my house. A couple minutes later, I arrived at the hospital, I ran to the front desk and asked for Y/n's room number, once I got it, I quickly ran as fast as I could to her room. As I got to her room, I quickly crouch down to catch my breath, soon I knocked on the door and slowly went in and see Y/n lying on the bed, watching a movie but she looked towards me and smiles, "oh my god Laur, you're here, I was wondering why you didn't reply back" she says as she opened her arms for me to hug her which I gladly did, "I'm sorry, I just had to come see you, and meet your daughter" I said, we pulled away and just smiled at each other, "thank you for coming, and you'll see her soon, the nurse just had took her for a minute, and I named her Lindsey Grace Y/l/n" said Y/n.

I was about to respond when suddenly the door opens again, we both look toward it and see the nurse walking in with a crib, as she got closer, I could barely see Y/n's baby because she was all bundled up in a pink blanket, "good morning miss Y/l/n, your daughter wants to see you" said the nurse as she picked up the baby, Y/n squealed as she held out her arms to the nurse, once she got her, she says, "ugh I missed you so much baby", I smiled as I watched her look at her daughter with so much love. Suddenly she looks at me and says, "would you like to meet her Lauren?", I was so nervous and happy at the same time so I nodded my head, Y/n carefully took off her pink blanket and then I carefully picked her up and cradled her into my arms. I looked at Lindsey and see that she has dark hair which makes her kinda look like me but then again a lot of other donors might've had dark hair also, then I couldn't help but to let out some tears, "why are you crying Laur?" Y/n asked, "b-because I wa-want t-this so bad" I cried.

All of a sudden, Lindsey started to cry as well which made me panic, "here she's probably hungry" said Y/n as she handed me a bottle of milk, I took it and gladly fed the baby, I smiled as she started to drink the milk suddenly I hear a picture snap, I looked at Y/n and see her smile, "I'm sorry I just had to take a pic, you two are twins in black" she says, I smiled and said, "it's fine, just make sure you send that to me", she nods her head. A couple minutes later my phone starts to ring so I gave Lindsey back to her mom then I walked out the door and answered the call,

Lauren: Hello, Lauren Jauregui speaking

Lucy: Hey Lauren, listen I know that you just came back to Miami, I just wanted to know if you are coming in to work tomorrow?

Lauren: why is there something wrong?

Lucy: No nothing is wrong, it's just that there are a couple of papers that need your signature and that's it

Lauren: *sigh* yeah I'll come in tomorrow

After that I ended the call, then I see a picture message from Y/n, I opened it and smiled when I looked at the picture,

I quickly saved the picture then went back into the room, "sorry about that, it was business call" I said as I sat back down on the chair. "Don't worry about it, I get it" said Y/n as she smiles at me, "so I have this crazy hunch about who I think is the baby daddy of my baby Laur" she suddenly says which made me look at her confused, "oh yeah who?" I asked, she looks at me and says, "my ex Liam", "wait what?....I thought you said he had a vasectomy" I said, "yeah but when I asked the doctor, he told me that sometime a few of his...swimmers sometimes survive" (I don't even know if that's true lol 😂), "are you sure?" I asked, she looks down at the baby then back at me and says, "I'm 50% sure, she has his hair color and his eye color only it's a little darker look", I got up and looked at Lindsey, I gasped when I see that her eye color is green like mine, "Y/n, what if you're wrong?" I blurted out, "what do you mean?" she says, "I mean I also have dark hair and green eyes, what if Lindsey is mine?" I asked her, she looked at me like I was crazy, "No, it can't be, Lauren" she says, "Y/n look at her, she kinda looks like me" I said as I pointed at Lindsey. Y/n sighs and says, "Laur, I know you want kids but you can't just assume that my daughter is yours just because she kinda looks like you but she also looks like Liam too, besides there are five different IFV offices here, I couldn't have gone to the same place you went".

That is true but I couldn't help but think that Lindsey might be mine, "you're right, I'm sorry" I said as I sat back down, "no I'm sorry Laur, I'll tell you what if I'm wrong about Liam being the father, I'll let you take a paternity test" she says, "thank you Y/n, that means a lot" I told her, "no problem, oh which reminds me...how's it going between you and your wife?" she asked. For the past thirty minutes I told Y/n about what was going on with Camila and I, she let me hold on to Lindsey while she ate her lunch, once I finish my story, she asked, "wow, so there's actually a chance that she might reconsider having kids with you?, Laur that's awesome!", "I know right, I'm actually excited and nervous about the whole thing" I told her as I gave her back Lindsey, Y/n was about to say something when the door suddenly opens and in walks in a woman with flowers, "hey there beautiful, I brought you something to brighten up your day" she says as she handed Y/n roses, "awe thank you so much" says Y/n, then the woman leans down and kisses Y/n on the cheek and Lindsey on the forehead, "hi baby girl" she says to her, then she looks at me and says, "oh hello", "oh I'm sorry, Alyssa this is my good friend Lauren, and Lauren this is Alyssa" says Y/n, "nice to meet you Alyssa" I said as I shook her hand, "likewise, so how long have you two known each other?" Alyssa asked, "a little over a year now, I met her at the diner where she works at now and just immediately clicked" I told Alyssa and Y/n nodded her head in agreement, "that's so sweet, I met her three months ago and she immediately caught my attention" she says as she looked at Y/n lovely which made me jealous, wait...why the hell am I jealous?, snap out of it Lauren. "so are you two together or...?" I asked, why the heck did I asked that question?, "sadly no, but we did went on a few dates" Alyssa answered, "Stay away from my family" I suddenly said, Wait What?.
