Throughout the ride, Lu Liting appeared to be preoccupied. His eyes looked in front, and no one could tell what he was thinking. The atmosphere in the car immediately became gloomy for a while.

“Liting, I really troubled you a lot this time, making you come all the way to fetch me.”

“You’re my girlfriend. It’s only right for me to pick you up. Don’t say such words as if you're treating me like a stranger.”
