CH3: The One With STD

Ok now, what just happened? Did she just....Take chicken nuggets from Priya in that car to this car through the window. Seriously! "Kimberly! You could have told me and aunty to slow down! Do you realize how dangerous that was! You could have lost your hand in the worst-case scenario!" My mom screamed. "Yes, aunty. I'm sorry" She apologized. We then let her have her precious chicken nuggets in peace. No one spoke anything while the guilty atmosphere in the car lasted.' Bzzz-Bzzz' a call from Aarna. I picked up to hear"ha hello! sunna std khelte hai na , across the cars ! maza aayega" (hello! listen let's play std across cars)she says convincingly. Well what can I say ! I was convinced. So that is how we ended up playing std across cars.

A/N :std stands for situation truth and dare not sexually transmitted diseases. at least I this case For the people who don't know how to play std, Kids sit in a circle and take turns. At parties, they usually spin a bottle and whoever the top of the bottle points at has to choose: truth or dare. If the person chooses truth, he or she has to answer a question asked by one of the other players. If they choose to dare, they have to do something silly, embarrassing, or funny as directed by the others.

Before we could start playing, the call got cut and since we were driving through the hilly area the cell reception was as bad as it could be! So we decided to play the game with the people here.

"I will go first." I suggested. In reply, I got some crazy nods."Truth or dare?"Pooja asked wriggling her eyebrows."Hmm truth!"" Ok ! if you get a chance to go on a date with a celebrity who would it be?" Anaya asked. " BTS!" I replied without giving it a second thought. Obviously! How can we pick one out of them? It's just impossible. All the Armys in the car including my mom then went on to say the fanchat without even a second's delay. "Okay okay my turn now! Anaya stop laughing! I take truth " Kimberly exclaimed. "Ok.... Hmmm what will you do if you are left home alone for three days ?" I asked "Order food from swiggy and eat it naked. And go to the bathroom with locking the door ." she answered. Okay now that was Weird. "Anyways, my turn now! I choose truth because honestly! We can't do any dares in the car." Anaya said. "Okay, so tell me, Anaya, do you have a crush on Akshay?" Pooja asked wiggling her eyebrows up and down. I was trying to control my laughter as Anaya's face turned red.

Wow Pooja! you asked her 'THE' question. "Someone is blushing" my mom commented seeing Anaya's face. Anaya's face was closely resembling a tomato at this point." No! Why will I like that white faced introvert?!" she said in denial." Okay maan liya!"( Ok sure ) Pooja said. "Fine fine ! My turn now! I am the only one left! I choose dare, now give me a dare which I can do here" Pooja said.

I looked around trying to come up with a dare worthy of her when i saw a sachet of mustard lying in my McD bag. I smirked. " Eat this" I said and handed over the sachet. Pooja's eyes went wide open with surprise! "Why would you do this to me ? You are cruel!" she accused." Wow man! That was nice thinking!" Anaya commented. Kimberly patted my back. Pooja opened the sachet and ate it. She asked for water. Well, we obviously denied at first but my mom gave in. After she had her bottle of water, she started hitting me with the empty bottle on my head! "Now who's cruel?" I implored. "REVENGE!" Pooja beamed.

Soon after that we reached the hotel. We reached there first so we waited in the lobby while continuing the game. It was eventually my turn again. Feeling brave I said, "Dare!" and instantly regretted it when I saw Anaya smirking. "Go and do the IDOL chorus over there" I followed her hand and saw she was pointing near the reception where people were checking in in a queue. I stared at her in horror. Pooja smirked evilly

Nevertheless I went there and started dancing. To my relief a few strangers did join me in my dancing! YAY! People were watching us like we were crazy. People my friends were CRAZY !Not me!! I came back embarrassed after thanking them for their participation to see my friends wheezing with laughter. My mom near the receptionist obviously saw thing asked, " Dare?" I nodded. She laughed too. I was offended at first but the laughter was contagious and so I joined in as well. Soon the of rest of our group arrived and we went to our rooms bidding the mothers a goodbye. By the time we checked in and reached our rooms it was almost dinnertime so we ordered room service while screen casting RUN BTS on the tv. Anaya was just looking through her phone with Tanya and soon the both of them drifted off to sleep.

Since we had connecting rooms the rest of us planned something. It was 2AM now and I woke everyone up in my room. We opened the door which was connecting our room and sneaked into their room. We hid behind the couch and turned the on tv. As planned only Tanya woke up. She tried waking up everyone but when no one woke up, she got out of bed and switched on the lights. And so they had to wake up. Much like sleeping beauty ."What is it Tanya?" Anaya inquired. "Can't you see? The TV is on?!" she sounded scared, the rest of them saw the tv "What? The tv is not on!" Priya declared." Arrey!!! Dekho na! gaane chal rahe h!" (look, songs are playing) she protested but her protests were ignored.

Saakshi switched off the lights and everyone went back to sleep. While we quietly sneaked out of the room. We revisited them at 3 AM and did the same thing again. Priya,Suhani and Anaya sounded angrier this time! Tanya was so freaked out that she started screaming. We had to break the act as I just couldn't control my laughter anymore and let out a giggle. "JASMINEEEEE" Everyone yelled at me! " In my defense, I couldn't control ! Just look at her face!" I pointed at Tanya. She was still freaked out. We all burst out laughing. But she joined in eventually. We then wished each other good night and then went to our beds and slept.
