Brody's POV
"Wow! The sea is right up this way, Brody!" Sim said "And just look at this cliff!" He said "Yup yup! I reckon this is looking more and more like a true expedition!" Bidoof said "The path ahead surely will get tricky, just what real explorers like to see!" He said "And this....this here is something well known to all us explorers..." He said looking at a Kangaskhan "It's a Kangaskhan Rock" Bidoof said "Kangaskhan Rock?" Sim asks "Yes sirree, you heard right. That there's a Kangaskhan Rock" Bidoof said "A Kangaskhan Rock lets you stow and take out itens, and it lets you save a record of your progress" He said "It's a real help to travelers" He said "...Well, I haven't had much of a chance to use Kangaskhan Rocks..." He said "Reckon I should't oughta talk like a big shot..." He said "Gulp...! I just want to say again that this here's my first expedition!" He said "I'm feeling kind of nervous, by golly" He said "Ha ha ha. That goes for us too" Sim said smiling happy "We're all beginners at this. Let's just do our best" He said "Let's check the Wonder Map" He said and I opened it "Our present location is here" Sim said "We're supposed to link up with everyone at the base camp. That's way over here" He said "So, as a first step, we could try reaching this spot" He said "Want to try reaching here as our first objective?" He asks "Yup yup! I agree with that" Bidoof said 'Sin is acting like a leader. I didn't notice it before...' I thought 'It must be the excitement from exploring that's bringing it out...' I thought 'But Sim, who was so timid before, is trying so much harder...' I thought 'Yes, Sim is getting stronger and more confident bit by bit...' I thought "Oh...Huh?" Sim said looking at the entrance "Huh? Problem?" Bidoof asks "If you look closely here, there are two entrances" Sim said "Huh? Now, that is mighty vexing" Bidoof said "What'll we do, Brody?" Sim asks "Which way should we go?" He asks "Let's go through Craggy Coast" I said "Ok. Craggy Coast it is" Sim said "All right. Now...." He said "Let's all three work as one and get this done!" Bidoof said and we nodded going inside.
Eventually we reached the B9 floor and got out "Whew...By golly, I reckon we're finally through" Bidoof said "Yes, but we still have a long ways to go for the base camp" Sim said "Let's check the Wonder Map" He said and I opened it "Our present location is here" Sim said "The base camp is here" He said "I reckon we've gotten ourselves a lot closer" Bidoof said "We're nearly there" Sim said "If we cross over this mountain, we'll reach the base camp" He said and Bidoof's stomach growls "Whoops... That was my belly growling" Bidoof said and Mine and Sim's growled too "Ha ha ha! Us too!" Sim said happy "If we start climbing the mountain now, I think it'll be night before we finish" He said "Do you want to call it a day? We can rest here tonight" He said "I agree completely!" Bidoof said "Then let's eat!" Sim said "Yeeeeehaw!" Bidoof said.
*The next Morning*
"All right, gang. We have to get moving" Sim said "Crossing this mountain's going to take us to the base camp. Yup yup!" Bidoof said "Let's get it done!" He said "Are you ready, Brody?" Sim asks "All set!" I said "Which way should we go?" Sim asks "Mt. Horn" I said "All right, Mt. Horn it is" Sim said and we all went in.
It took us a while but we soon reach the 14 floor of Mt. Horn and get out and we'll soon reach the camp.
