Chapter 15- You can't leave me!

Taehyung's POV:

Why do the people I love the most always end up getting hurt? On our way to the hospital, Y/n was still unconscious. The doctors were trying to stop the flowing of blood, while I held her hand tight. Tears wouldn't stop falling from my eyes. This was the second time, I experienced the feeling of loosing her. Her heartbeat was unsteady. 

"Y/n-n, just a little longer okay? You have to fight till then, and I'm by your-r side" I somehow managed to speak but she didn't reply. I couldn't help but cry. This is all because of me right? I shouldn't have let you go. But I never imagined Min-Young would do something like this.

Reaching the hospital, we hurried. The doctors immediately took her in the operation theatre but why wouldn't they let anyone go in!? How will I know if they are doing the proper treatment or not!? Different thoughts filled my mind. Looking at my hands and shirt, there was blood. I sat down on the nearest bench and held my face in my hands. Tears rolled down my eyes.  

"Taehyung!" I heard a familiar voice only to find Jin and Namjoon Hyung. I couldn't say anything but I just went and hugged Jin Hyung while Namjoon Hyung rubbed my back. 

"Taehyung, she's going to be okay" I heard Jin Hyung speak

"Why wouldn't they let me in? How will... Dad?" I said as I saw my dad standing behind Jin Hyung. I walked up to him and he pulled me into a tight hug and said,

"Taehyung, your Hyung's told me everything. I know how much you love her. I was stupid to not ask about your opinion regarding the marriage. I'm so sorry, it's all because of me"

"Dad, it's not your fault. It's my fault. I shouldn't have let her go there alone" I replied

"You'll get married to only her or no need to get married!" he said and I chuckled. We were interrupted as the doctor came from the operation theatre. I ran up to him and so did others

"Doctor-r, how is Y/n-n?" I asked trying my best not to cry

"I wouldn't give you false hope, she's critical. She was stabbed at a sensitive part on her abdominal area. We've controlled the flow of blood but we can't guarantee when she will wake up. We'll put her under observation for 24 hours and if her condition stabilizes, we'll shift her to the general ward or else.." doctor said

"Or else what doctor!?" I almost yelled

"She may go into coma"

"Can we at least go see her?"

"I'm afraid no. You can see her from the glass on the door but you can't meet her, excuse me" he said and left. I sighed and tried my best not to try while Jin Hyung rubbed my back. Minutes later, Y/n's brother came. 

"Where's Y/n-n? What-t happened-d to her-r?" he said while crying

"She's under observation-n. She was stabbed by my so called fiancé, Min-Young" I replied. I was expecting him to hit me, or yell at me but instead he said something which melted my heart.

"Taehyung, she's going to be alright okay? Don't think that all of this is because of you, no it's my fault too. She's way to active, if I tell her not to do something, she will definitely do it. Don't blame yourself. If you expect me to yell at you? Hit you? You're wrong. I'm mad at you, definitely I am, but I know how much you both love each other" he said and I immediately hugged him

"Thank you..... Hyung" I said and smiled

"She'll be okay. Y/n is stronger than we think" he said and I nodded  

[Time skip: night time, 11pm]

Standing in front of the door, looking at Y/n's lifeless body from the glass, I felt guilty. I don't know why but it always felt like it was my fault. Unless she's going to wake up, I'm going to keep thinking it's my fault. 

"Y/n, wake up. You can't leave me like this. You promised you'll stay with me until the end. We still have so much to do, get married, have kids, live a happy life. Wake up"

"Jungkook what are you doing here?" I asked as I saw Jungkook approaching me. He looked through the glass and saw Y/n. He handed me a letter and said,

"Give this to her once she wakes up" with that he left

[Time skip: 4 am in the morning]

I woke up with the noise around me. Dad went home, me, my Hyung's and Y/n's brother stayed. We were waiting on the seats and fell asleep and now we were woken up. Seeing doctor's going to Y/n's cabin, I panicked. I rushed and went to one of the doctors.

"Doctor, is everything okay?"

"She'll be conscious soon. I guess, she was strong enough to fight death" he replied with a smile and left. I looked at my Hyung's and they were happy. Jimin hugged me and so did I. That's like my  Y/n! I knew you could do it!

End Of POV

Opening my eyes, I found Taehyung sitting next to me holding my hand as a smile crept on my face. I looked around to find Jin, Namjoon and Jimin. I smiled to them and so did they. 

"Y/n, at last you're awake!" he almost yelled and hugged me. I chuckled at his cuteness

"I'm never letting you go anywhere alone next time. It's either me, my Hyung's or Jimin is going with you and I won't listen to you! You know how worried I was!" he said

"Did I make you worry? Sorry" I replied softly while I caressed his cheeks

"Sorry doesn't make things right!" he pouted cutely

"Then what do you want me to do?"

"You'll always take me with you wherever you go!" he said and I nodded, soon enough, his worried face changed into a happy one as he pecked my forehead.

"Y/n are you okay? Does it hurt?" Jimin said 

"A little, but it will get better" I assured him

"We're glad you're okay or else Taehyung would've turned this place into pacific ocean by crying" Jin said and we laughed

"Yah! Why do you always expose me?" Taehyung yelled. I chuckled at his childlike behavior. We were interrupted as a man in his 60's entered the room. Seeing him, Taehyung said

"Dad? You should be at your place right now" 

"Yes, but I heard my daughter in law woke up, so I came to meet her" he said. Wait, Daughter in law!? Does this mean he accepted our relationship?

"Y/n do me a favor. I know you both love each other a lot and I don't want to be the reason for your sadness. Will you get married to my son, Kim Taehyung? and also again be his secretary?" He asked as a smile crept on everyone's faces. Before I could answer, Taehyung spoke,

"Y/n, Jungkook asked me to give this letter you" he said and handed me the letter. Opening the letter, I read,

Dear Y/n,

I don't know when and why I started liking you but yes, I do and will always do. I'm aware of the fact how much you and Taehyung love each other and I'm really happy for you both. I'm moving back to Busan, because if I stay next to you, I'll never be able to let go of you. I wish you both a happy married life. Get well soon, Secretary Y/n

Jeon Jungkook

Reading the letter, I smiled to myself. Taehyung shook my hand and made me face towards him. He gave me a boxy smile and said,

"Secretary Y/n, will you marry me?" 

"I would love to, Mr. Vice Chairman"
