Chapter 1- New Secretary

"Hyung, I need a new secretary"

"Taehyung, I told you since the very first day but you always wanted to work alone"

"You'll get me one or should I?"

"Fine, I'll get one by tomorrow" 

Disconnecting the phone call, he leaned back on his chair and closed his eyes, letting out a sight of frustration. Kim Taehyung, the vice chairman of Kim Corporations along with his two elder brothers, Kim Seokjin as the Chairman and Kim Namjoon as the president are the 3 youngest and most successful businessmen in Korea and their Kim chains of hotels is famous worldwide. His brothers being cheerful, Taehyung was rather a cold and arrogant. He would always focus on his work, he avoided family gatherings and parties if they weren't related to business. 

"Mr. Vice Chairman, you have lunch planned with your brothers" Executive Lee said

"Okay, I'll be there within 5 minutes" Taehyung said as he continued to go through the weekly reports of the company. While on his way to the cafeteria, people bowed towards him for respect but him being a cold person just spared glances at them. 

"Finally, Taehyung is here! Here have some lunch" Jin, his eldest brother said giving him the sweet and spicy pork ribs. Taehyung had a bite of it and looked at Jin.

"What? Is it good?" Jin asked with curiousness 

"It's too spicy which is not good for your stomach, the sweetness makes it a bit tacky and it has too much oil which will affect your health" Taehyung replied and Namjoon chuckled

"You could have just said no" Jin said and continued eating

"By the way, guys do you know what a lazy farmer grows?" Jin asked again

"Couch potato" Namjoon said and both of them started laughing while Taehyung looked at them with a cold expression as if he was not even surprised

"Was it supposed to be funny?" Taehyung asked and both of them stopped laughing

"Are you even normal? Here have a caramel chocolate" Jin said giving him the chocolate

"One caramel is equal to one sugar cube and it'll raise your blood sugar level and also affect your diet and sometimes leads to cavity, so no thanks" Taehyung said

"You're definitely not normal" Namjoon said

"I'm perfectly normal, it's just I'm extra smart than you both. Excuse me, I have to go" Taehyung said and left leaving the two brothers dumbfounded. 

"I really hope he gets a girl who will change him completely" Jin said and Namjoon nodded. Little did they know, they had to wait just for a few days to find that girl. 

Meanwhile:

"Y/n, I told you to clean your room! And stop eating my chips!" Jimin, my so called elder brother said as I sat on his bed scrolling through the internet looking for jobs

"Ah, I told you I'll clean it later and I brought those chips!" she said

"Whatever, did you do the dishes? Mom will-"

"Oh my god!" I said as a notification popped on my phone

"What happened? Your boyfriend left you?" Jimin said and she just rolled her eyes

"I GOT A JOB!" I said and started jumping around in excitement. 

"Really? Where? which company? what post?" Jimin asked not believing what he heard

"Yes! At the Kim corporations as a secretary for the Vice Chairman" I said and showed him the message. 

"It must be fake, why would they hire you?" Jimin said

"Yah! I'm much intelligent than you don't forget!" 

"Intelligent my foot. What are you going to do?" Jimin asked

"Of course I can't just let it go, they said reporting time is tomorrow at 8:00. I should definitely go, because I have given interview here so it might be true" I replied

"Tomorrow's going to be a big day" I thought but little did I know that from tomorrow, my life will be changed forever. 

[Next day: 7:00 am in the morning]

"Oh my! Yah, PARK JIMIN! WHY DIDN'T YOU WAKE ME UP!" I said as I kicked him off the bed and started running around because I was late and who wants to get late on the first day. 

"Ouch! WHY DID YOU KICK ME OUT OF THE BED!" Jimin yelled

"I should've kicked you out of the house! Why did I even sleep next to you, I got late because of you! Ah, what am I going to do!" I said and rushed towards the bathroom. By, 7:30 I got ready and left. I had to take a bus since I couldn't drive and Jimin is, probably again went to sleep. Luckily, I got the bus and sat on a empty seat.

"I don't want to get late!"

It was 8:15, fifteen more minutes and I'm late for my first day. The bus stopped and I immediately got off and hurried inside. I went to reception and asked the lady for help. 

"How may I help you?" she asked politely 

"Hello, I'm Park Y/n. I got the job as the Vice Chairman's secretary"

"Ah, well you may go to 5th floor there you will have to fill up all the necessary documents and then you have to go to Mr. Vice Chairman's cabin and he will assign you with the rest" she replied and I hurried to the 5th floor. 

It was 8:44 am, by the time we finished filling up the documents. I hurried up to the Vice Chairman's cabin as I was already late. I knocked on the door and opened it after getting permission and damn, my jaw dropped on the floor. He was super hot and gorgeous. He wore a black suit, his curls falling onto his brown eyes, like fuck how can such a person even exist. Wait, what are you thinking Y/n, behave! He's your boss! This is just a business relationship.

"Yes?" he said

"Mr. Vice Chairman, I'm your new secretary, Park Y/n"
