Anyway if you have read this I will be posting a brand new one shot later today so don't worry and If you haven't read this, please enjoy! As always I would love it if you'd vote, review, comment and share! Thanks! -Sage)

Sam's POV

I was running down the street in the pouring rain. The sky was grey and made the city look depressed and just wet! My backpack was on my head acting like a very inefficient umbrella. Freddie was running behind me using an actual umbrella and Spencer picked up Carly early today so she could visit her granddad in Yakima.

Once I got inside the Bushwell, Lewbert starting yelling at me in a language that probably isn't known to man. Then he spoke English. "STOP GETTING MY LOBBY WET!" I just rolled my eyes and ignored him, like I couldn't get his lobby wet, I was soaked. Freddie finally ran through the front doors. "You could've ran with me!" He said out of breath. "GET OUT OF MY LOBBY!" We heard Lewbert scream once more. "Fine!" I said and walked towards the elevator with Freddie behind me. "Didn't feel like it!" I said answering Freddie's question as we entered the Elevator. "I was just thinking..." Freddie started saying. "Yeah, I sure do care what you think!" I say sarcastically. "Sam. As I was saying, we will have the whole apartment to ourselves since their in Yakima!" He finishes. "That's true!" I say and press the button for Carly's floor. "We can throw a giant party or do something illegal!" "I'm going to stop you there! Nothing illegal please, my mom would kill me! And I was thinking we can watch movies on the new really big TV Carly got in her room!" Freddie says. "That wouldn't be as fun as a big party though!" I shot back. "But I wanted to watch the new Boogie Bear movie. I know you love them!" He shoots back at me. "Well, I don't care what you wa-"

All of a sudden the lights start to flicker and the elevator halt's making me fall over on Freddie. I blush but he can't see since it's dark. "Sorry." I say a little embarrassed. "It's cool." He replies helping me stand up. "Sam, can you press the emergency button?" "Sure Fredbag." I reply searching for the button. "I got it!" I say and press it hearing a loud beep. "WHAT IS IT!" We hear a familiar voice come from the speaker. "Um, listen Lewbert, me and Freddie are stuck in the elevator. Can you help?" I say. "OH! YOUR STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR. TOO BAD FOR YOU! LOSERS!" The door man says. "Lewbert!" Then we hear another loud beep. "Well that didn't work." I say sitting down beside my backpack. "Yeah, but we still have our phones!" He says and takes out his phone. I do the same and then realize that I have no one to call. I couldn't call Carly or Spencer because their away, Freddie's here with me and my mom she wouldn't care. I put down my phone and dig into my backpack, taking out a fatcake and scooting into the corner feeling sad.

"There's no signal!" Freddie says. "The power must be out. Maybe a transformer blew." He sits down beside me, then looks at me confused. "Why are you so quiet?" He finally asks. "Um, well, I." I try to think of something to say, but nothing comes to mind. "Sam, are you okay?" "I'm fine, I just realized that... there's not many people that I know who care about me. When I took out my phone there was nobody to call. My mom hates me, my dads gone, I don't like Melanie, and you probably hate me too." I pour myself out expecting Freddie to laugh at me so I cover my face hiding from him. "Sam. Well I know that there is some things going on with your family that I don't understand but I know that I don't hate you!" Freddie says to me scooting closer to me and picking my head up. "Really? After all the mean things I've done to you?" I say. "Yeah, I actually consider you one of my best friends!" He says. Then we hear the storm pick up outside, thunder crashes loudly making me whimper.

Freddie's POV

I have never seen Sam like this before. One second she was yelling at Lewbert and the next she was in a ball in the corner crying. Was this really Sam Puckett? She really is one of my best friends even though she may not know it, sometimes It makes me happy when she calls me names. And that probably sounds weird but it's true. I know she cares about me but she just doesn't want to show the side of her that she is showing to me at this moment. She whimpers after thunder crashes outside. Was she scared of the thunder? "Are you afraid of the thunder?" I ask her softly. "No-" thunder crashes outside again loudly "Maybe." She says. I put my arm around her and she sits up a bit more. She reaches for her backpack and takes out her mp3 player. "Why are you going to listen to music?" I ask her. "I do this whenever It storms. The music blocks out the sound of the thunder." She replies putting her earbuds in. "Do you want to listen?" She asks me looking up at me. "Sure." I say, a little surprised she would be willing to share with me. She gives me an earbud and smiles. I put my earbud in a she starts playing Cuddlefish, I personally don't like them but don't say anything. We just sit there in the elevator smooshed together listening to Cuddlefish. It's perfect!

Sam's POV

Freddie and I were sitting in the elevator still trapped listening to music when my mp3 player died. "Aww man. It's dead!" I say, and yank the earbud out of Freddie's ear. "OW!" He said. "Sorry." I say. "Wait, did Samantha Puckett just say sorry. To me!" He said suddenly. "Don't call me Samantha and I didn't say sorry I said... stupid!" I say trying to think of something to say on the spot. We just sat there in a moment of silence when Freddie said "Do you wanna play truth or dare?" "Sure. But lets just play truths, there's nothing fun in here to do dare's with." I say. "I'm fun!" Freddie says. "Yeah sure!" I reply smirking. "Sam, you can go first." He says. "Okay, how many girl's have you kissed since me?" I say smirking. "Really, Sam!" He says sounding annoyed. "Just answer!" I say poking him. "Well, You, Carly and this one girl named Cindy." He looks down slowly while talking. "Okay, WHO'S CINDY?" I say. "She was this weird chick from the AV club." "Awwww, two nerds in love!" I say in a babyish tone. "I DIDN'T LIKE HER SAM!" He tells me. "My turn, You know when the three of us were were trapped in duct tape after the prisoners escaped." "Yeah I remember that." I say. "Well, we never answered Carly's question." He continues. I gulp because I know where he is going with this. "So, did you like the kiss?" I knew it!

"I actually don't remember the kiss, it was three years ago!" I say, I was lying though. I had that kiss etched in my brain. Truth is I kind of have liked Freddie ever since we kissed that night at the fire escape. "Well, I remember that night." Freddie said softly into my ear. Did I just hear what I just heard! Does Freddie like me back!? I opened my mouth to say something but no words came out. Freddie finally spoke. "Well, I guess it's your turn." He said looking disappointed. Before he could say another word I did something unimaginable coming from Sam Puckett. But I did.

Freddie's POV

I had just asked Sam a question hoping for her response to be that she did like it. Okay, truths out, I do like Sam. Well ever since our first kiss. I remember that day and moment so well, I could tell you every little detail. I actually felt a connection n that kiss, unlike with Carly. I just don't know how to tell her. "I actually don't remember the kiss, it was three years ago!" She said. I scooted closer to her and whispered in her ear. "Well, I remember that night." She looked kind of shocked and opened her mouth to say something but nothing came out. "Well, I guess it's your turn." I say to her a little disappointed. I was about to tell her something when she walked closer to me and said "Do you wanna refresh my memory?" She was smirking I could tell even though it was dark. Before I could say anything she moved even closer and softly planted her lips on mine.

My mind blanked for a second before I realized what was happening. I felt Sam start to pull away when I pulled her back. Her lips were warm and soft, they molded together perfectly with mine. I felt arms slowly snake there way around my neck. I did the same snaking my arms around her waste, deepening the kiss. When we pulled away and Sam said "I like you!" "I like you too Sam!" All of a sudden the lights came on and we heard a familiar voice come through the speakers. "You just got pranked, Shay style!" The elevator doors opened and Carly was standing there with Spencer by her side. "WHAT!" We both yelled at them. "I knew you two liked each other so I came up with this plan to get you two together!" She said. "And I had some help from the Prank Master here too." She says gesturing to Spencer. "You did all this just to get us together!" Sam said. "Well, it worked." I said still holding Sam. "Come on guys, we have to start iCarly!" All of us ran up the stairs my hand intertwined with Sam's smiling as we ran up the stairs. I knew this day was one to remember!
