Marinette took the phone with shaking hands,
"This is not working, Adrien" She whispered "We can't go on like this. Your father doesn't want us to be together, and maybe he is right- A girl like me doesn't deserve your Love. I don't want to destroy your Life – and I don't want anyone to hate you because of me. I guess we were never meant to be together, but I still want you to remember – I'll always be there for you, whatever the situation be – As a friend – Just a friend."
Marinette hung up the Phone, there was no need to stop her tears now, So she let them flow freely.
She had done it- she had broken up with him.
Why was fate so cruel to her? Why was she always forced to watch from the sidelines as while some other girl took her place in Adrien's heart?
With a loud sob that seemed to resound through the room – She threw herself on the bed crying her heart out.
While a rather wide smile was etched on Kagami's face.

Meanwhile in Adrien's room, The phone dropped from his hands. He heard it shatter as it hit the ground but didn't bother to pick it up.
This could not be Marinette – No – Never.
She would never do it, Right?
He needed to talk to her- ask her what he had done wrong...
He ran out of his house on to the road.
The scream of breaks and the distance sensation of something crash into him was last this he remembered before blacking out.
