"Yea, it's really easy though, I already know all of this" she says motioning towards her set up,

"You're just really smart because I have no idea what any of this is" I chuckle

Around 4:30 Lena walked in with groceries since she wanted to make the dinner for tonight instead of just ordering out like I proposed

"Kara we already ordered out this week, unlike you the kids and I have to eat healthy" she says and I roll my eyes

"What was that?" She ask easing her eyebrow

"Nothing" I mumble and she smirks

"Can I help?" I ask

"Kara I would love your help any other time where I can actually make sure you don't burn the house down" she says

"But if I burn it down we have another" I smile and she shakes her head

"Why don't you go make sure the girls are okay" she says and I give her a kiss and make my way into the girls room again

Lenas POV

I was in the kitchen almost done with dinner when a knock at the door came and I turned off the music I had playing softly while I cooked and went to open the door

"Lex, Hey. Come on in" I say and him and another girl come into the house

"Lena, it's good to see you" he says taking me into a hug

"This is Eve, my girlfriend. Eve my sister Lena" he says and I shake the girls hand. I'm a friendly person of course but can't let her know that too early

"It's very nice to meet you," I smile and we walk into the house

I debated canceling this dinner for days. Not that I didn't want to see Lex but that I'm about to pop

"Kara hunny" I tell through the house and she comes out with Emery on her back

"Hi Lex" Emery smiles and Kara sets her down on the ground

"Hi Emery" he smiles. I brought you something if it's okay with your moms?" He says and looks towards Kara and I

"That's fine" Kara smiles and he goes to a bag he brought in and pulled out a Red and Pink unicorn with the L-Corp logo on the side

"Look mommy!" She exclaims and comes over to show me

"That's very pretty baby, what do you say to Lex?" I ask

"Thank you so much" she smiles and gives him a hug and Jo appears behind Kara

"Lex this is our oldest daughter Jo. Jo, my brother Lex" I say and turn back to the kitchen to cut the oven and stove off since the food had cooked,

"Dinners ready" I say walking back out to everyone,

After we all got our plates and sat down at the table in the dining room

"So how did you two meet?" Lex ask us

"Um, I had an interview to do with Lena and L-Corp and we kind of hit it off and just became really good friends. And now we have two beautiful daughters and a baby on the way" Kara explains and holds my
Hand under the table

"What about you?" I ask

"We ran into each other at the coffee shop on 3rd" Eve replies and I nod,

Dinner went smoothly, there was a period where no one quite had anything to talk about so we ate in silence,

After dinner the girls went to their room to watch a movie while the adults stayed out in the living room with a glass of wine. Me of course just had some sparkling water. That's another thing I can't wait for this pregnancy to be done so I can drink again.

After the night was over and Lex and Eve were leaving we had invited them to the Reveal tomorrow which they happily accepted, tonight went way better than I had first thought it would go. The girls said goodbye to Lex and Eve and it was way past their bedtime, well mostly Emerys

We decided Emery could just get a bath in the morning seeing as it was already so late anyway,

Now Kara and I were laying in bed after putting the girls to bed and I had my head on her chest and one leg over both of hers as she was rubbing circles on my back

"I love you Lena, and I can't wait for us to find out what we're having. Even though I could cheat if I wanted to" she chuckles

"Kara Danvers if you use your powers you'll be in big trouble" I say

"Lee" she whines

"I'm not going to" she huffs

"You know I love you" I smile and give her a kiss before going back to my spot on her chest
