It all stared with my aunt trying to set me up with her friend's son. Little did I know I would fall for him let alone for him to be the caption of the Dallas Stars.

L: I was think maybe trim up the beard since it's almost as big as Jordies and it's covering your whole face and maybe instead of you slicking your hair back all the time just leave it more natural?
J: I don't hate that idea. I think I'm more flattered that you think I can grow a beard as good as Jordie's
L: his beard is good. Why don't you change into some shorts and I can start cutting
J: your wish is my command
I laugh and he walks into the closet and changes into some shorts. I wasn't trying to stare but he looked good...
L: ok so I need to wet your hair. Do you have a spray bottle or should we just have you lean over in your bathtub?
J: I don't have a spray bottle.
L: bathtub it is. Welcome to Lucy's ratchet salon where we cut people hair half naked
Jamie starts dying laughing
L: ok stop laughing I need to start this is going to take forever!
J: oh man ok but please do not make me bald
L: oh man you ruined my surprise
Jamie laughs
L: no but come over to the bathtub so that I can wet your hair
I start to wet his hair and we go back to the chair. I start cutting his hair and he has A LOT of hair like more than I thought
As I was cutting his hair we were talking and we have a lot in common. We've lived through a lot of the same experiences through our family, friends and through the people we've met. He was a little more reserved than me though. He had something about him that I didn't see when he was around his other friends or even family. It was like he was a different person. The Jamie I'm talking to is confident and he doesn't seem to worry about what he's saying which I like but when we were with Tyler or even Jordie he seemed more concerned.
I finish up his hair cut
