I wrote this when I was half asleep so it's a bit weird. Enjoy!

You and Shoto laid in bed together. You drifted off to slip long before him, as he was prone to insomnia and restlessness. He heard a kid gurgle come from your stomach.

Wow they look so bloated, he thought as you let out a disgruntled whine. Maybe I can soothe them a bit. He pulled you into a spooning position and began rubbing your belly with his large warm hand. He felt your body tense up against his. Oh no am I making it worse, he thought. Suddenly he heard a short brassy sound escape your lower half. He felt a powerful vibration followed by a sick warmth.

Ack did they just- his train of thought was interrupted by two more short powerful farts. These had a rotten and sickly sweet smell to them. Normally he would try to put some distance between the two of you but instead he held you even tighter.
