Billy slid down a wall as three pairs of footsteps walked up to him.

"Welcome." He looked up to see the Doctor, Galaxy and Martha in front of him. "Where am I?" He asked. "1969. Not bad, as it goes. You've got the moon landing to look forward to." The Doctor said.

"Oh, the moon landing's brilliant. We went four times, back when we had transport." Martha said as she looked at the Doctor and Galaxy with arms crossed. "We're working on it." Galaxy said. "How did I get here?"

"The same way we did. The touch of an Angel." The Doctor said, sitting down next to the man. "It was most likely the same one if he's here." Galaxy said as she leaned against the railing. Billy moved to get up but the Doctor forced him back. "No, no, no, no, no, don't get up. Time travel without a capsule, nasty. Catch your breath, don't go swimming for half an hour."

"I don't. I can't."

"Fascinating race, the Weeping Angels. The only psychopaths in the Universe to kill you nicely. No mess, no fuss, they just zap you into the past and let you live to death. The rest of your life used up and blown away in the blink of an eye. You die in the past, and in the present they consume the energy of all the days you might have had, all your stolen moments. They're creatures of the abstract. They live off potential energy."

"What in God's name are you talking about?"

"Trust me. Just nod when he stops for a breath. Same with her." Martha said.

"We tracked you down with this. It's my timey-wimey detector I made. It goes ding because someone made it so." Galaxy said as she eyed the Doctor, "It also boils an egg at thirty paces, whether you want it to or not. Best have it away from hens. It's not pretty when they blow."

"I don't understand. Where am I?" Billy asked. "1969, like they said." Martha said. "Normally, we'd offer you a life home, but someone nicked our motor. So, I need you to take a message to Sally Sparrow. And I'm sorry, Billy. I am very, very sorry. It's going to take you a while."

With Sally

Sally was still in the car park when her phone went off. "Hello? Billy, where are you? Where?"

Sally was in a hospital and she walked into a room that had only one bed occupied which was by a window.

"Billy?" She asked and the old man in the bed woke up. "It was raining when we met." He said and she looked at him. "It's the same rain."

A little later, Sally was looking at a photo of Billy on his wedding day.

"She looks nice." She commented. "Her name was Sally, too." He told her. "Sally Shipton." She said, smiling. "Sally Shipton. I often thought about looking for you before tonight, but apparently it would've torn a hole in the fabric of space and time, and destroyed two thirds of the universe. Also, I'd lost my hair."

"Two thirds of the universe. Where'd you get that from?" Sally asked. "There's a man and woman in 1969. They sent me with a message for you." He told her. "What man and woman?" She asked. "The Doctor and Galaxy."

"And what was the message?" She asked. "Just this. Look at the list." He said. "What does that mean? Is that it? Look at the list?" She asked. "He said you'd have it by now. A list of seventeen DVDs. I didn't stay a policeman back then. Got into publishing. Then video publishing. Then DVDs, of course."

"You put the Easter egg on?" She asked as she took a seat on the bed. "Have you noticed what all seventeen DVDs have in common yet? I suppose it's hard for you, in a way." He said. "How could the Doctor and Galaxy have even known I had a list? I only just got it."
