Chapter 9

"You're right about that", she said while continuing on their way to the liquor

Time: 7:47 AM

"So what are you getting", Suna says, grabbing a few packs of jelly fruit snacks.

"I don't know, probably just a banana and chips".

Currently the two were quickly grabbing snacks before school started.

"Alright I'm done", he says while standing up from the ground.

"Are you just getting chuupets?"

"Obviously".

"You seem to favor them", she says while eyeing the numerous packets in his arms.

"Yup, they're my favorite food after all", he says while paying for jelly snacks.

"Good to know".

Exiting the liquor store, (Y/N) took a glance at her phone before widening her eyes and letting out a gasp.

"What happened?", the boy asked.

"IT'S 7:56 WE'RE GOING TO BE LATE".

"SHIT! HURRY", Suna says before the two begin running to school.

On the way, Suna accidentally dropped a few chuupets on the floor.

"WAIT, I DROPPED THE CHUUPETS", he says about to turn to recover them.

"WE DON'T HAVE TIME, I'LL BUY YOU SOME LATER", she says while quickly grabbing his wrist and dragging him all the way to school.

Time: 8:06 AM

"Well, look who decided to finally show up", your teacher said, obviously irritated.

"Sorry", the both of you said while bowing and slightly panting from running all the way to school.

"I don't want to hear it, you'll both be seeing me after school for detention".

You both groaned while walking to your assigned desks, cussing the teacher out in your heads.

"She really never gives us a break", you whispered.

"I know, she's probably pissed off that the principal rejected her the other day".

"Wait really!?" she whispered.

"Yeah, I'm not even playing. She straight up got him flowers and chocolates. I saw the whole thing happening".

"Wait, isn't he like married?"

"He is, that's why is even weirder and funnier", he said while the both of you attempted to stifle a laugh.

"Even better, I recorded the whole thing. I'm pretty sure she saw me laughing so she probably hates me.

"And you weren't going to show me? I want to see".

"I'll show you during lunch because I'm not trying to get my phone taken away,'' he said.

"You better".

The rest of the time in class went by quickly. Since the first week had already passed, the teachers had begun to transition from the basic first week of school introductions to the actual school curriculum. Overall it was really boring, but it was fine since Suna would keep you entertained throughout the class. Before you knew it the bell for lunch rang.
