"stop pushing your astrology shit on me."
JUNG JAEHYUN was doing an excellent job with getting on his best friend's nerves in the passenger seat. other that him being the one tasked to play music, which wasn't the root of youngho's irritation since they had similar tastes, he wouldn't shut up about his slowly developing obsession with astrology.
take note, he believed it was absolutely ridiculous months ago, but look at where he is now.
as a self-proclaimed proud aquarius, he was extremely joyed with the fact that his best friend was too. the moment leading to this was him showing daily horoscope whenever they reach a red light or get stuck in traffic.
jaehyun called youngho for a photoshoot he'd use for his next social media update, since he considered him a (rising) photographer who was the easiest and most comfortable to access for a shoot that was as informal as he planned. not to mention how he gets a free drive in his nice black toyota and nice conversations on the way to the place where the prettiest flowers bloom.
"you pushed your 'ghosts are real' stuff on me. i'm trying to get you even," jaehyun retorted. "i don't believe in ghosts, you don't believe in astrology. but we'll still shove it down each other's throats. balance."
the one behind the wheel scoffed as a response. meanwhile, he scrolled down that particular website some more.
"you should ask the chia girl you like what her sign is," he continued. "might be interesting."
"you want how us two might end up to be determined by zodiacs?"
"no, it's just fun to see possibilities. "
not anymore opposing to whatever he said due to his lack of energy, he only nodded. "i'll check when the time comes."
jaehyun set his phone down afterwards, setting chin on palm as he observed the road which looked even better with his selected song playing.
"if she's a gemini then oh no."
in confusion, he questioned : "why? are geminis incompatible with my sign?"
"not really. it's just . . . four of your exes are geminis. that one guy you had beef with in college is one too. i think you have bad luck with them."
his mouth fell slack.
"damn," youngho muttered under his breath, eyes still on the road. "even seoyeon?"
"even seoyeon."
