I watch her as she thinks about her decision.She seems unsure about eating lunch with me. Maybe I was too straightforward and maybe that scared her. Whatever the reason she needs to say yes! I've been watching Lacey and she intrigues me. I may seem like an outcast at this school but I'm not a regular high school student.

She hesitantly nods "Yeah okay...I guess eating lunch together would be fine" she sighs.

I flash her a smile and we start to walk together towards the cafeteria. But then she stops walking.

"Is everything okay?" I ask.

"Yeah...Its just there may not be any free tables in there...we may need to sit somewhere else" she speaks quietly.

"Oh right I uh forgot about that" I stutter.

She doesn't seem to notice so thats good.
