' i wanted to... cook... ' kokichi coughed lightly, holding shuichi's hand tighter.
' you can't... you know that... ' shuichi brushed the bangs out of his face, smiling sadly. the life from his face was fading ever so slowly. ' get some rest, sweetheart~... '
' mm... ' kokichi turned on his side, his eyes fluttering to a close as he went to sleep. shuichi watched him sleep, feeling him stiffen after an hour.
' nightmare~? ' he smiled softly, petting his head. his heart stopped when he didn't see the rising and falling of his chest, or see the small blush on his face. ' kichi~? ' he laughed softly, shaking him gently. ' kokichi~? ' he shook him more violently, a smile growing on his face. ' wake up~? '
