Part 6 || 19 - Stay, Y/N!

"Nothing? Why? She's going to leave if you don't say it" Emma said turning me around as the other followed us. "No, because that's what they do, okay?!" I snapped, "They act like they love us and then they act like they'll be forever, they promise and then they pack up all their things and move away and take their fucking love with them!" I said angrily. "Did she even think about me-"

"Don't blame Y/N for your mistakes, Tom! Okay? She stayed for you the first time and you didn't even know she did it for you. She told me after she made the decision-" Emma started speaking but I cut her off, "Doesn't matter. She left now. SHE FUCKING LEFT!" I said sitting down on the couch. "I'm not going to do anything about it. She said her goodbyes, so did I"

"Tom, look, I don't know if you want to hear this or not" Dan began speaking, "If you don't confess to her, she's going to go away from your life forever. Someday you're going to see her holding hands with someone who took your chance. Someday, many years from now, you'll realize what you lost - you will lose her if you don't take this chance. Life doesn't give many chances, she gave you one, use it"

I stayed silent, James spoke up, "One day, you're gonna want her back, the girl who knew she wasn't perfect but tried for you. One day, you'll remember her, how you used to wake up and text her first, how when you turned in your sleep, she was there, how when you had nightmares, she was there, how when everybody left, she stayed even after the harsh words you used to her. And then, one day, you'll turn in your sleep, you'll have nightmares and she won't be there, you know why? Because someone took your chance, she's happy with the other person"

"Mate, she won't even notice you because she too happy to notice because she's laughing at his stupid jokes, or dancing or his singing. And trust me, it will burn you, it will burn your heart to know that you had a chance to be the smile on her face, but then realize then you're no longer any part of her life. And then it will hit you: I should've taken the chance" Rupert said and I looked at Emma who was still angry that I blamed her best friend for things I did.

"What if she doesn't love me anymore? She was clear about that in her goodbye. She's cutting the cord-"

"If you sit here and sulk about it, then you'll never know, maybe you'll change her mind, she'll stay with you. You have at least got to try" Emma said handing me my coat. I looked at the coat and the picture that Y/N left for me of us. I smiled, took the coat and stood up. "Ooh, she's finally going to get her Ross and Rachel moment!" Emma exclaimed as I waited for her to get her coat.

"LET'S GO!" I yelled from the door and she quickly hurried.

3.26 AM

"Dammit, the diner's closed" I groaned kicking the wall. "I told you to directly take us to the airport" Emma said as I shook my head, "She told Mrs. P that she was going to be here for one last time and that she was going to serve as well, so I thought they might still be here"

"It's at least going to take us and hour to reach the airport now" Emma said and I ran to the car. Her flight was scheduled to leave at 4.45 AM. Hopefully I will reach in time. I quickly started the car and waited for Emma to get in, "Quickly! Quickly!" I said banging my hand on the steering wheel. "Calm down" she said as I didn't even wait for her to close the door.

Emma was right, it did take us an hour to reach the airport. "Attention please, passenger Y/N Y/L/N, please report to Gate 5 immediately" We heard on the speaker and this only made me run faster. We quickly ran in and headed to Gate 5, I saw her take a step in, "Y/N!" I yelled making her turn around. "Tom?" she asked as Emma and I stopped running. It was just fifteen minutes to her flight now.
