What if I told you a secret?Would you shout it aloud for the rest of the mundanes to hear, or would you keep it between you and my precious soul?
What if I told you that I'm struggling? That I am slowly disappearing into nothing, that I am dwindling away, the same way beauty unhurriedly fades over time.
What if I told you that the stars do not always shine as bright as those elements should be?
Or that, that very thing you so strongly believe in is actually a lie.
What if I told you that everyone on this very earth is surpassing by; that one day we will become bones, dirt and dust, with no one to remember our names, or who we even are; Well knowing the sad fact that we are unable to do a Goddamn thing about it.
What If I told you that I like you?
Would you stare into me as if I were a ghost, a mere figure from your past, possibly a bizarre accident gone wrong?
Or would you smile the same way a little girl does when her daddy walks her down the aisle?
What if I told you a secret? Would you perhaps tell me one too?
