*Context*
You and your boyfriend Mick go on a picnic in the village you live in but it turn into other things....
(set In the early 60s) (this may be 2 parts idk)
Enjoy!

"Where is he?"
My mother asked leaning on the doorframe

I groaned internally but smiled, my mother hated Mick, she said he was "bad news"

"He's picking me up at 11:30"
I smiled and checked my watch
"It's 11:29, he should be here any minute"

"Hmm, be careful with that one"
My mother moaned, going back into the kitchen

"What does that mean?"
I asked wondering what was so "bad" about him

"He's just seems very..."
my mother paused

"What?, very what?"
I asked getting a little angry

"I don't know, just a feeling"
My mother shrugged

"Think what you like, I like him and he likes me"
I spoke confidently

"Watch the tone young lady or you won't be going anywhere!"
I mother pointed at me

"Fine, fine I'm sorry"
I said unapologetically

*knock at the door*

"About time"
My mother groaned heading back into the living room

I rushed to open the door to see him,
My lover,
My beautiful boyfriend, I admired his strawberry coloured plump lips. They were so kissable.

His dark blue bell bottoms and red dagger collared shirt hugged his agile frame perfectly and his round framed sunglasses sat perfectly above his cute nose

"Hello love, you ready for our date?"
He spoke softly leaning on the doorframe

I blushed just hearing the sound of his voice

"Yes, I'll just get my things"
I giggled and retrieved my picnic basket from the kitchen and pulled my cardigan of the hook and slung it over my shoulders

"You look wonderful darling"
Mick smiled sweetly, admiring me

He pulled me close to him by my waist and I giggled like a schoolgirl, he ran his fingers through my hair his hands round my waist out faces grew closer...

"Eh hem"
My mother coughed

"Hiya Mrs y/l/n"
Mick said pulling away and putting his hands behind his back

"Morning"
My mother spoke bluntly

"Can I go now please?"
I spoke coyly feeling a little awkward

"Yes"
My mother sighed
"But be back before dinner or it'll go cold and end up in the bin"

"Yes ok, bye mother"
I said swiftly trying to move out the door

"Bye love"
My mother said as I walked out the door

"Phew, that was awkward"
I sighed with relief

"I think she really likes me"
Mick laughed putting his arm around my waist

"Yeah, you get along like a house on fire you two"
I joked slapping his chest playfully
