Wolves II

Lisa clearly saw what was hunting them, eyes like a demon, locked onto them and without any mercy in their bones, but only hunger for flesh and blood.

Lisa: Wolves. She said softly but in a serious tone

Irene: Are you sure, Lis? She said nervously

Lisa did not answer Irene's question, she had her focus on the problem that was already in sight of her. She was observing their movements, waiting for their next move and in her head, she too is already planning, but had a few obstacles she had to put into consideration. Although they were against wild animals, hybrid wolves to be specific Lisa can definitely take them down, but she couldn't, not in front of Irene and Seulgi and might expose question to their head. But among all those, one still prevail in her head. Protecting Irene.

Seulgi: What are they doing? Moving in circles?

Irene: Studying their prey...

Seulgi: Sh*t...

Irene was scared, damn scared! But in fear she needs to be clear minded, she needs to think under pressure or any situation, she is a strategics and that's their element. She could hear the wolves growling, her hand is shaking, they were surrounded and Irene was rapidly thinking about how the three of them escape.

Lisa was looking at her, even in their current situation she couldn't help but admire Irene's bravery, by just observing her. Lisa knew that Irene was thinking already an escape route, but still being a rookie in this situation, she needs a little help.

Lisa: Smoke. She softly said, but enough for Irene to hear it

Irene: Huh?

"Smoke?... SMOKE GRENADE!! Perfect! We can use that as an escape!" Irene said to herself

Irene: Seul... is the smoke grenade with you?... She said softly

Seulgi: Yeah?... She was steadily holding her airsoft gun

Irene: Good, alright listen up, Seul. On the count of three release the smoke grenade and after that we run to the west, if I remember it correctly there's a river there. We can cross to it, hybrid wolves doesn't like the water. Got it?

Seulgi: Got it! Grab my hand Irene...

Irene was a bit hesitant to hold Seulgi's hand, maybe because Lisa was with them and she don't want Lisa to see it, but she eventually did. But Seulgi's hand was shaking, it's a first time for her to be in this situation, not dealing with people as an enemy, but merciless wolves that will tear you apart in a bloody way. Seulgi's hand just froze and Lisa notice it. Lisa needs to give Seulgi a little motivation, it's the only way for her to release that smoke grenade before the wolves decides to attack.

Lisa: What's your priority soldier? Looking at Seulgi

Irene and Seulgi: Huh? They look at Lisa

Lisa: Answer me soldier.

Seulgi came back to her senses because of Lisa's question. The way Lisa questioned Seulgi made her rattled as if she was in front of a much superior soldier or a commander, her tone was strong and full of authority. She couldn't grasp the fact that an arms just disciplined her. Seulgi then titled her down and realized what her priority is, thanks to Lisa for snapping her fear away.
