the first patient was a young mum and her son.
he looked so adorable and while the mum was talking to doctor jaebum, you had to take care of him.
"what's your name?"
you ask, adoring him. in the world's cutest voice, he replies,
"my name is bambam."
you were so focused on playing with the young kid that you couldn't hear doctor jaebum calling your name.
"i'm sorry about what happened before, i just got carried away,"
you apologised.
"don't worry, all rookies are all the same these days."
he says and smiles.
"what do you mean?"
you ask with a confused tone.
"don't worry about it,"
he said and headed off to lunch.

you were walking with your best friend, sulli, both exchanging the hardships of being a rookie nurse.
"are you close to your doctor?"
her soft voice asks. you weren't sure as to why, but you could feel your cheeks slightly blushing.
i guess even the thought of him makes me embarrassed.
sulli continued to complain about her designated doctor, doctor jess. you haven't seen her yet, but during your last few years in university, there were many rumours about her.
while you were catching up with your closest friend, you realised that you left your phone in room one hundred and one so you apologised to sulli and rushed back.
when you opened the door there you saw your phone on doctor jaebum's desk. as you were about to reach out and get it, something unexpected happened.
