I need to say this and get it out of the way. Percy is the son of Apollo and Artemis. He is not adopted by them he is their son. If that is something you have a problem with. Go check the myths and remember this is not uncommon. Zeus is the younger brother to Hera, Hades is Persephone's uncle. So on and so forth if you don't like it please keep it to yourself.
