18.Why is this so familiar?

Izuku's pov

"Yeah I know, Aizawa still needs his beating" I replied while running even faster "No, I doubt Nezu will throw you under the bus. You should go back there and become a hero" En said methodically "Even if she was a hallucination, I want to make mom proud" I dropped silently onto a bus headed towards Esuha. Nana and #2 looked at each other worriedly but stayed tall "I'm gonna protect Eri with my life, I'm gonna do it for her" I clenched my fist and looked ahead. I could faintly see the large buildings of Esuha city, about half an hour away.

"Right, explain how these quirks work" I requested "Well I've taught you how to use float already so you three have fun" Nana pulled out her games console and began playing. 'Oh, I never had the chance to do this before! might as well do it now' Was always her excuse. "When you killed squad 99, you activated them out of anger, and it managed to go well. My quirk allows you to harden anything into existence, be it spears, staffs, swords or anything else" #2 explained "Mine lets you see a few possible futures, You kinda need to concentrate but its not too difficult" #3 continued

Abilities: User can see possible futures
Drawbacks: It takes concentration to see these futures. Only one will actually happen
Uses: (like garnet from steven universe)

Name: Warhammer
Abilities: User can create anything out of an incredibly strong flexible material. 
Drawbacks: The user can't create things further than 10 meters away
Uses: Creating weapons, spikes from the ground, and prison boxes.

"So What exactly do I concentrate on to see the future?" I asked "Just think about what you think might happen" #3 explained. I did as told and closed my eyes. I saw three streams, each with a video being played. One had me dying in front of Eri, a knife through my back and a sadistic smile on her face. The second had me standing with Eris dead body beneath me, with the members of the league also dead behind me. The third showed me and Eri hugging with three indistinguishable bodies behind us. "well that's swell" I said while opening my eyes "I hate to say shut up but were on the cusp of the city, the forest is that way" Yoichi pointed towards the edge of the city where trees could be seen

I floated off the bus and headed towards the forest. The vestiges disappeared and let me go to fight (KILL, MURDER, DISMEMBER AND DISEMBOWL) the league. I closed my eyes while headed in that direction. The league jumping me with a surprise attack or the league letting me go past, there were more but i didn't bother looking. 'Wonder which one it might be?' I thought sarcastically. I landed outside the forest and slowly walked in, creating a bo staff while I did so. I heard faint wooshing above me, not of the leaves but of clothes. "alright Toya come out here" I demanded. He quickly dropped to me with his hands on fire 

"How do you know kitsune?" He asked "Well other than your quirk being identical, You look identical and you hate Endeavour like everyone in his family" I replied with a smirk "Now fuck off and leave the league or I kill you" I twirled the bo staff "You'd let me go?" He chuckled "I have no quarrel with you, only the dickheads who took Eri" I replied "You make a good offer, add a heat resistant coat and I'm down," He said with a laugh "Sure, I'll give you a call when its ready" I said while walking past him.  'Let's see which one of them is true' I thought while running deeper into the forest.

I came across a rickety shack a ways in, bloodstains covering it. I knocked the door down to see Eri alone, tied up in a hospital robe with bandages covering her arms and legs "ONICHAN, HELP" She begged "Eri, I'm so sorry" 'this is fishy' I ran to her side and undid the ties. She pulled me into a hug and began crying into my shoulder "I MISSED YOU SO MUCH" She cried "I missed you too sis" I replied. Eri said nothing but moved one of her hands away. 'Gotcha'. I Let one of my hands go and touched the ground, making a spiked pillar pop out and impale Eri. "One thing i never call Eri, Sis and she never shies from a hug. Close but no cigar Toga" I made a knife and watched as Eri transformed into Toga.

A panel in the floor opened and Twice and Mange walked out, Eri in hand. "You saw through her?" Mange asked "No one can imitate my sister" I scowled at the two. "I Hate you" "You're pretty cool" Twice said while duping Mange twice. I grabbed my bo staff and brought it to a fighting position. The Mange's charged with their magnets ready to hit me. I dodged each of them and struck them all along the knee, enough to break them. the two outer ones turning to sludge. "You never learn, I am going kill anyone who messes with my sister" I made a blade come out of the bo staff, just as I struck Mange's head

"That was uncalled for" "I hated her anyway," Twice said while producing a gun "Hands behind your head" "Or i shoot" He flaunted the gun at Eri's head. She shook in fear. I raised my hands and stayed calm. I concentrated on seeing Eri being shot. Through each future, Twice never shot. "Please don't hurt her, I'll do anything" I begged "Leave us alone and tell us the secrets about UA" "Give me the hoodie, it's gorgeous" Twice requested. I slammed my foot to the floor, creating a spike piercing Twice's crotch "Sorry you had to see that Eri" I apologised while running to her 

"I love you Eri and I'm sorry I left, I was an Idiot, this is all my fault" I untied her and removed the gag from her mouth "ONICHAN" Was all she said while pulling me into a hug "I'm never leaving you again, I promise" I kissed her forehead and kept her in the hug. We stayed comfortable before she sniffed the air and began to convulse a bit "Let's go, blood isn't very nice smelling" I said while drying my happy tears. I broke out of the shack and slowly floated towards the city once again. I had Eri on my shoulders happily hugging my head. I smiled out of happiness for the first time in a year.

I arrived in the city around 5 minutes later, still wearing my tattered hoodie with Eri on my back "How can you float Onichan?" she asked "I'll explain when we get home" I said while pulling my phone out. I quickly called Aizawa "Did you guys figure out where Eri might be?" He asked "No... I found her, killed Mange, Toga and Twice and now I need someone to pick us up" I explained. Eraser took a deep breath "Fuckin problem child... I'll pick you up" he replied before quickly hanging up. "Eri, we're going back to UA, I won't let them separate us" I promised while taking her off my back "Now while we wait, I want to know about everything that happened" I sat down cross-legged on the grass area by the road 

Eri began rambling about how nice Hitoshi and Aizawa were to her and that she knew I'd be back, even though Izumi and Kacchan lied to her. Aizawa showed up a while later, a slightly grumpy look on his face. I held Eri to my chest when we got into the car "Granpa Zawa!" Eri moved excitedly. I raised my eyebrows at him "Problem child, as much as I hate to admit it, you'd rock as a hero" He grumbled while turning the car "I'm not leaving her, so it's either both of us to prison or I'm a free man" I replied "Talk to Nezu, I don't care either way" He shrugged "You don't care about your future son in law?" I asked with a smirk "That part of you i don't miss" He muttered.

We made our way to UA in about half an hour. Eri fell asleep midway through the ride so I carried her into the building. Me and Aizawa slowly walked up to Nezu's office past the few people remaining there. Instead of knocking, I just pushed it open. Nezu looked at me just as he hung up the phone. "I take it you know that I know about Squad 99? and the commission knows I know?... and how much I love blackmail?" I asked. Nezu smirked and nodded "You've been given a full pardon, mostly on account of the fight at Kamino ward but also because of Squad 99" Nezu stated "cool, now wanna watch me beat Aizawa for letting Eri get captured?" I asked with a grin "Now now, that's not necessary... This may seem hypocritical but you can choose Toshinori's punishment if you want" He proposed

I laid Eri onto the chair in Nezu's office and saw as Nana and #2 faded into existence. Nana had a grin like Nezu while #2 stood methodically "I'll gladly do that" I smirked "I have a proposition" Nezu started a new conversation "Ah wouldn't be the first time would it?" I asked "why, your a wonderful example of a desirable person" Nezu clapped his paws together and stood up "I'm aware that Inko Midoriya was non-existent, I take it you've been seeing other hallucinations?" He asked "no, they're not Hallucinations, they're much more annoying and They're caused by a little bit of genetics" I replied as the rest of the vestige's appeared 

"And this gene is?" Nezu asked "three of the previous users of One For All didn't really like Izumi so migrated to me. I didn't get 5% of OFA, I've had 20% of it since I was born, the 3 that gave me their quirks made that power 50%. The other fuckers Consciences were that 20% I got from birth" I explained "So All Might was running at 80% capacity for 15 years?" Aizawa asked "He was only missing a few annoying voices and 3 quirks that the vestiges wouldn't let him use" I replied "Well as for my proposition, I want you to become a student again, no collar, just a normal student. You'd be brought into Aizawa's class A once they start their second year in... a week" He offered "Sure. Daddy in law thinks I'd do good as a hero"
