The Aces

Park Sunghoon's POV

I can't believe I bumped into that man again.

I sighed.

"I really think you should stop messing with them, hoon" Jay said, placing his arm around my shoulders

"Psh, don't tell me you're scared for your boy getting involved, hm? You know my eyes are only on that Kim Sunoo" I said in disbelief.

I heard Heeseung and Jake's laughter while Jay's eyes widened.

"Just what the fuck dude" Jay softly hit my back and picked up his tray from the counter of the cafeteria.

As soon as us four got our orders, we went on our way to our usual seats. I saw Sunoo ordering food just earlier, but due to the crowd of students, I lost sight of him.

"What the—" I was startled when I felt the cold liquid touch my skin under my uniform.

"You again?!"

I pushed my tongue on the side of my cheek, trying not to burst. Shit, now my white polo's stained. Just great.

I took a deep breath, already feeling the eyes of the other students who paused from eating just to watch the scene unfold.

"You know what," I placed my tray on the nearby table, grabbed Sunoo's wrist, and pulled him outside of the cafeteria.

Hearing the other students' gasps, Sunoo tried to break free from my grasp but I just tightened my hold.

Once we reached the lockers area where no one is around, I loosened my grasp around his wrist and faced him.

"What the fuck!?" he screamed at my face, "What do you think are you doing, huh?!" he looked at me, looking like he is on the verge of tears.

I took another deep breath, crossed my arms to my chest, and leaned on the lockers.

"I should be the one asking that, don't you think? You messed up my fucking uniform" I coldly said, pointing at the mess he made.

"And it's my problem?" He raised his eyebrows in me.

"You owe me an apology, brat" I looked at him straight in the eyes

"And if I don't?" He shrugged, smirking.

"I'll kiss you" I confidently said, and went closer to him,  but he quickly backed away.

"Kiss, my ass" he pushed my shoulder, giving me another disgusted glance before he ran away.

I laughed at his reaction as I watched him disappear from my sight.

Kim Sunoo's POV

What the fuck is wrong with that man, I can't believe he just made a scene in the cafeteria, now I can't just go back there.

"My iced coffee" I pouted at the thought of my spilled drink.

I stopped on my tracks and brought my phone out to chat in our group chat.

"Hey, come get me here, I am right in front of our room, let's just eat here" I pressed send.

"What happened to you, are you alright?" Riki sent.

"You better spill sum tea when we get there" Jungwon messaged.

I rolled my eyes at them. They're so invested in our fight and it is very concerning.

After a few minutes, Riki and Jungwon came. Jungwon, who is kind enough to buy me another drink, looked at me with concern.

"So, what did that asshole do?" Riki immediately asked.

I let out a long breath.

"That son of a b just said he will kiss me if I don't apologize for spilling my drink on his goddamn uniform" I said, already furious.

I did not recieve a reply so I looked up from my drink and saw both of them looking at each other, containing their laughter.

"Yah! What is wrong with you guys?!" I jokingly pushed them. Why are they not taking me seriously?!

"Look, you should have just apologized already, you know the Aces have their eyes on you" Jungwon said, which I rolled my eyes on

"'The Aces, The Aces'" I mocked and continued drinking

Sunghoon, Heeseung, Jay, and Jake, or so-called 'The Aces' of this school. They are known for it since they are very good in various fields! Sunghoon is said to be a great figure skater, Heeseung, a great singer, Jay, a great dancer, and Jake, well, he excels academically.

They are very famous among the girls here in school, in which I don't, in any angle, understand why. They do look good and are intelligent people, but their attitudes? A big no for me. Especially that Sunghoon Park? I don't even wanna talk more about him, especially after what he did to me.

My trail of thought was interrupted when the bell rang, signaling for the start of our afternoon classes.

"Let's go Riki. Jungwon, see you later" I tapped Jungwon's shoulder and went with Riki to get our textbooks for our next subject.

"You won't get your apology, Park...especially not the kiss" I smirked at the thought as I continued walking.
