Umupo nalang ako sa couch ni dad ng may napansin akong masakit sa puwetan ko, ano toh? I removed a layer of foam and found a box.

Tumango naman ang assistant ni Dad and tuluyan na kong dumiretso sa elevator papuntang parking lot ng building dala dala ang box na nakita ko sa office ni Dad kanina.

I immediately hugged her,
"I missed you so much! It has been years since me and ate saw you. I hope she's also here to see you." sabi ko naman habang magkayakap kami.
After, she just looked at me and smiled. No words, speechless. " What's wrong?"
"I just can't believe that you're already a grown up Yuki, ate has gifts for you." sagot niya naman sa tanong ko.
My heart just got filled up with joy after I heard she has gifts for me. I love gifts so much!
"Thank you ate Dhalia." pasalamat ko naman na my sobrang laking ngiti sa mukha ko.
"It has been ages since I saw that gummy smile baby, grabe sobrang tagal na talaga ng panahon!" puna niya bago binigay ang isang bag na galing Dior.
Sobrang nagulat ako at na-excite sa nakita kong gift niya sakin. Omg, may favourite brand!
"Omg, omg ate Dhalia! You know me too well. Thank you."
Ngumiti lang siya at kitang-kita sa mukha niyang sobrang saya niyang nakita niya ko uli after how many years. "Go, open it Yuki. It's one of the most famous limited edition."
I opened it with no hesitation, unwrapping the ribbon and box itself already feels so expensive.

Biglang nag ring ang cellphone ni atr Dhalia kaya bumitaw kami sa pagkakayakap. Sinagot niya naman ito ng makita agad kung sino ang tumatawag.

Nakikinig lang akong nag aantay na matapos ang call ni ate Dhalia para din mabigyan ko siya ng tour sa campus namin.
Biglang nag iba ang timpla ng kanyang mukha. May nangyayari ba?

Binaba na ni ate Dhalia ang tawag, "Ano meron?" agad na tanong ko sakanya, parang may mali eh.
"Wala naman, kailangan lang umalis ni ate Dhalia mo ah? May gagawin lang akong trabaho, para din mabilhan pa kita ng sobrang daming designers. Ate Dhalia got u baby girl, see ya around!" paalam niya sakin at mabilisan ng umalis.
Hindi man lang ako nakapagsalita, biglaan naman alis non.
