She remembered meeting him.

She was laying on the cold stone ground.

Her hands aching.

Her body bruised.

Her pretty face scarred.

Dark hair covering the ground of the dungeon.

The girl can see death standing over her.

Dressed in black and white.

His lips fixed in a smirk.

Hair braided into one lengthy rope.

The way his eyes looked at her.

It was longing for her.

"Well,Assassin... just how long are you going to sit on your ass? " Death asked.

The girl snarled and looked away.

If it wasn't for her body being in such pain,

She'd find ways to break his bones.

"Who are you? "The girl asked.

Death brushed the girl's hair back from her face.

He lifted her head and made her rest on his lap.

His finger over her mouth.

"A new friend of yours. " he purred, his fingers swiping the sweat from her face.

"A pretty face doesn't need to be in so much pain.. "

The girl snatched her head from Death's hand.

"Then kill me.. the Pain will go away once I'm gone. "

Death sneered.

"Someone like you shouldn't fall so easily. "

The girl smirked,

And had tried her best to sit straight.

But the pain in her body drove her mad.

She rolled over and winced.

The pain in her ribs ached.

Her body felt on fire.
I deserve to fall like this.
"Jashiem... " she mumbled.

The painful memories.

The crying.

The screaming.

Blood.

Lots of blood.

It didn't matter if she couldn't save herself,

But Jashiem.

The one person she was to protect.

He died.

Screaming out for her.

While she was able to do nothing.

She -an Assassin -couldn't kill the men who killed her brother.

The girl was crying.

All of this pain, it was coming out.

"Hey, " Death whispered. His face flushing.  "S-stop crying, will ya?"

"Like you've never had mourned over something you've lost?! " she snapped.

Anger filling her eyes.

Her heart was beating out of control.. Death sighed to himself,

he was on his feet.

If only she knew the truth and understand what he could possibly have gone through.

His hand stretched out for her to hold.

"Looks like I'm teaming up with you, Princess.

You seem to have potential.

A certain spark I like in a woman. "

She was hesitant.

How did he know about her?

Who was he?

"How do you know about me? " she asked.

"I've heard stories.. " he would respond.

The girl glared long and hard.

"Who are you? What do you want?" She began to ask him more questions, but he didn't seem like he was going to talk.

"I'm just a lonely child looking for a new friend to play with. "

He crouched down to meet her eyes.

"And you love to have fun like I do, right? "

The girl remained silent.

Having taken his hand ,

Death had helped the girl on her feet. "What do They call you? " She asked.

Death circled her,

holding her hand in his.

He smiled without her seeing him.
Was this something I can keep?
He thought to himself.

The girl sighed and stared into his red eyes.

How unique they were.

Stunning.

Cunning.

It reminded her of blood.

A color so rich and enchanting.

The girl wanted stare into his eyes.

She felt some sort of comfort.

"I am Judar.. A Magi, and your new friend.. Princess. "

The Magi said before bowing his head to her.
