1. To make your alarm even louder in the morning, put your phone in a cup or a bowl. Never snooze to your alarm again!☽

2. Put your alarm/phone on the other side of the room, so in the morning when your alarm goes off you'll have to go over there and turn it off ☹

3. Don't ever skip breakfast! It's called the most important meal of the day for a reason! Why? If you don't eat for a long period of time [while you sleep] your body's goes into starvation mode and stores carbs making you gain more weight ☠

4. Eating an apple or drinking a cold glass of water in the morning, wakes you up and gives you the same amount that coffee would 🍎

5. Putting an alarm 2-3 hours before you actually need to get up is a great way to get your body prepared before actually getting up 💤

6. Pack your bag the night before so there isn't any more tasks to do in the morning, and you won't feel as if you left something behind 😑

7. This isn't really a "hack" but it will make you a happier person. Anyway, when you wake up smile! & don't be negative, be thankful for all the good in your life 💖

8. I know it's hard to get out of bed, but when your first alarm goes off don't go back to sleep! Going back to sleep will start your sleep cycle and the sleep cycle starts with deep sleep, so you'll be even more tired then before, when you wake up 😒
