I am not going to talk too much. I am just going straight into the interview!
First question (it should be easy😁)
What inspired this story?
Rae: Ha! You would think it's an easy question.
My life inspired the story actually!
Li: I think I already knew the answer to that question😂 because I practically found pieces of you all over the book!😜
Let's start from Ballet.
I saw somewhere that you have tried it before. Is that true?
Rae: Yes! I was a ballet dancer for many many years. I started when I was four years old and trained pre-professionally all through high school.
Li: Waoh! Why did you stop?
Rae: When I was prepping for college, I decided to stop doing ballet and I took a few years off. I eventually went back though, just for fun.
I teach ballet now as a part time job!
Li: I am sure that inspired Daniela's profession but did yours end like hers? (I hope not😑) I mean the accident.
Rae: I had a few injuries here and there, but nothing as dramatic as hers. The worst was when I pulled the ligaments in my knee and was in a soft case for about six weeks. After that I was right back to classes, LOL.
Li: 🙂 Oh thank God!
I think Dany's was tragic and shouldn't happen to anybody at all
Rae: I agree with you! Daniela’s injury was very tragic. I had to fictionalize something!
Li: Yes it was.🙁
Next thing I have about you in the story is the Nathan hot dog😂

Rae: NATE! That jerk face!
(Mau: What's she talking about?🤔)
Li: Hummmmm. . . I am still coming to Jerk face Nate😜
That pig had the guts to hit Regi!😤
Rae: Oh yeah! Come for him Lilly!🙃
(Mau: The question was about some hot dog guy not some pig guy!🤔 I am confused!)
