You can't tell me that Wendy was abandoned 4 times (5 if you include the fact that she was orphaned) has fought in multiple life-or-death situation battles, and is now on a quest that has every possibility to get her killed and she doesn't have PTSD.

As much as it hates me to say it, everyone in Fairy Tail should have some signs of PTSD.
They touched on it with Erza but h*ll she isn't the only one.
My blue haired dragon slayer should be given more attention with her mental state or at least make it prominent that she has some mental scarring.
The fact that she hasn't just broke entirely yet and doesn't want to continue says some things about how much more mature she is for her age than anything, but like adults break too.
Better yet is that Erza is the one who comforts her. I need more moments of platonic/sibling love between the two.
