An unknown goddess gazed down at the lush green land of Hyrule. Sitting at her side was her good friend, Hylia. The unknown goddess was the one who embodied the order of the universe and plucked at the strings of creation. She represented the primal element of Aether, also known as Ether. She called to the spirits of the dead, pulling them into the streams in the underworld to begin the cycle of reincarnation. She was sitting on a cliff gazing into the future. What she saw shocked her. Blood splattered the streets, machines meant to protect destroyed. Ganon rose from the ashes of the castle. The champions of Hylia were doomed.
Back in the present, she saw what needed to be done. Extending her hand she whispered, "Create."
Down in the world below, Link felt something change on his Sheikah Slate. He saw that a new rune had appeared. It was simple, just two Sheikah slates touching. He tried it out. In that moment, slates appeared in all of the champions hands, and they appeared in Zelda's hands as well. Link saw a icon that said "Hello, You May Talk With Your Friends Now"
