You woke up the next day early so you and frypan could make breakfast, and talk about lunch.
You put on your runner gear, and ran over to the kitchen.
Then you made eggs and toast with him and talked about him making chicken sandwiches for lunch.
He happily agreed and you ran up to the maze doors to see the runners prepping to run once the doors opened.
Minho and Ben walked up to you.
"Hey y/n how's your double job going." Minho said
"Great. I think your gonna love what we have in store for dinner." You said
"Oh ya sis, thanks for making us runners lunch really good. I already took a bite out of the chicken sandwich and had to force myself to stop. The little appreciation we got for risking our lives out this is now boosted with better lunch." Ben said
"The little appreciation, will turn to great gratitude once we find a way out of this shuck place." You said
The doors started rumbling and in the matter of seconds, the runners ran out.
Minho and Ben then ran, saying their goodbyes and left you to check if all the runners left.
You saw only gladers who just woke up and went for breakfast.
You could barely see the thumbs up you got, when they ate the eggs and toast trough the small windows.
You smiled and then ran off into the maze.
And then drifted away.

(A week later)
You got a beep from your watch and it was from the glade, Alby was telling you to come back.
"Since you do so much for the glade by helping everyone and risking your life everyday we would like to show you some appreciation." Alby said
Everyone cheered and you didn't know what to say.
"For being the kind and caring person you are, and for doing so much for everyone, I would like to make you a keeper. A keeper of your own job you created. A med-jack runner." Alby said "GIVE A ROUND OF APPLAUSE TO YOUR NEW KEEPER Y/N EVERYBODY!"
More cheers and shouts went on
"And just because we really all need you to boss things around here, your now 3rd in command, next to me and Alby." Newt said and the cheering somehow got louder.
"You can now attend keeper meetings." Minho said
"And boss anyone around when you want to." Ben said
"You are well respected now. Not that you went before to be honest." Gally said
"And if you were to parish, everyone will be affected." Winston added
"Now. Take this title responsibly. If you take this power and use it against us, you will be demoted, and thrown into the slammer." Newt said
"And if you do anything that completely crosses the line, your getting sent into the maze." Alby said
"Do you agree to this title and will you take it responsibly and never use it against anyone or anything." All the keepers said
You had no words but managed to say:
"Yes."
