Marvolo show his Invitation make the Announcement to announce their presence to the Guest

"King Marvolo Lannister Gaunt-Sigvard of German and Sweden Royal Family from Wizarding World with his Betrothed Lord Hadrian Lilian James Potter-Black" He announces

The Guest gasp in stunned astonishment when they see Marvolo and Hadrian descend from the Golden Stair to the Ball Ground, They look so Ethereal with their presence who is screaming of Royalty presence that stand out among them.

"Indeed..." Marvolo drawled looked at him, "You see, I have a suggestion for Britain Wizarding World. You know that I rarely go to the MInister of Magic or even Meet you, Minister Fudge..."

"Ah yes.. What suggestion, your HIghness?" He asked in understand how busy he is

"I desire to have an Orphanage in Britain Wizarding World..." Marvolo clearly saw the Minister of Magic splutter by sudden request,"You see that my Beloved was seen by the Muggle Abusive Household, They abuse him because of his Magic. I desire that this incident will not happen again to the Magical Children..."

Cornelius Fudge knows that the Boy-who-live, Hadrian Potter-Black was abused because of his Magic. If he refused, then that means...

"I hope that the Children blessed by Lady Magic can know about the Wizarding World, They are our Kin even if they are Muggle-born or not..." Marvolo said to him in a firm voice, "Wizarding Children need to be treasured not to be feared and My Beloved wants to have these views to those Magical Children..."

"I can see that but How to find those Magical Children? Even if Your HIghness wants to build an Orphanage, Who is going to take care of them? Some of the Muggle-born might have a Family..." Minister Fudge tried to reason

"The Orphanage is for the Magical Children who didn't have anyone on their side, the Children who got abused by their Magic, the Children who got abandoned because of their Magic..." Marvolo shut down the conversation effectively

Cornelius Fudge looks at the King of Germany and Sweden, He knows that the House of Sigvard have power in Britain Wizarding World and He knows that this person is gonna become a great Leader especially the one who gives him the Idea and Support him from Behind

"I also desire to have Minister of Magic and Muggle Minister to work together especially since there a Children who were Muggle Born..." Marvolo said to him, earning a shocked, spluttered look,"I didn't ask to work together with the Muggle, I asked to work together with the Muggle Royal Family who lead the Britain Muggle World..."
