Kaii

Janae paused the movie.She turned to me and said,"So whats the real problem,I know you ain't come over just to chill,".

"Some petty shit with August."

"What happened?"

I told her all that stuff that had been going on.

"So that's why I ain't seen that heaux."

"Yeah."

"So,you know who that girl was on the phone with Aug?"

"No."

"K,you can't jump to conclusions,"she said.

"And why the fuck not?He's a playa and I aint talking to him at the time so he probably fucking some otha hoe."

"You know what? This shit ridiculous. Lemme go put on some shoes,so we can pull up."

"I didn't ask you."

We laughed and got in my car and pulled off.

August House

Me and Janae pulled up at his house.We knocked on the door.

 
"Who is it?"A female said.

I turned around walking back to the car.He still got a girl here? Is this even worth it? Janae grabbed my arm and pulled me back.

"Is August here?"

He opened the door looking fine asf.

"Hey y'all,"he said allowing us to come in.

He pulled me back"We need to talk."

"Yeah,whatever."

When I walked in I saw three little girls.They were so cute.

"Uncle Aug,who dis?"the littlest one said.

"That's Uncle Aug girlfriend,"the biggest one said.

I blushed.

"Y'all meet Kaii."

"Shes pretty."the one that didnt speak first said.

"Thank you,Y'all are pretty too."

"This Maya,Chaylin,and Kayden,my nieces."

"August,come check on this food,"that same female said.

"That's my Sista' in law,Chandra."

Shit. I was wrong this whole time.

Janae was already introduced by I think Augs mom.She was playing with the girls.

I snapped out of my trance.

"Hello,what's your name?"

"Kaii,I'm August girlfriend."

"Ooh August you pulled a pretty one."the mom said and everybody laughed.

"Thanks,ma'am."

"Call me Mama Sheila."

"Okay Mama Sheila.

"Don't hold her up,we got to talk."

"Shutup,lil boy."Mama Sheila said.

Augs Room

August' room was surprisingly nice.

I sat down on his bed and so did he.

"Sorry August,I was jumping to conclusions.I didnt know that it was your sister."I blurted out.

"I missed you Auggie."

"I missed you too."

We both leaned in and kissed.

"Look ma,I got sumn to tell you.It might ruin our relationship."

I motioned for him to go on .

"I'm in the drug business."

"Why didn't you tell me this?"

"You mad at me?"

"No,my dad was in the drug business. I know all about it."I went on."He was the biggest King Pin in New orleans."

"Fa'rea?My baybeh a hood girl."

"Shut up. This means we have to be extra careful."

"Yeah,I got enemies everywhere.New Orleans ain't safe bae."
