"I have class in 45 minutes, babe."

"Five more minutes please, baby."

Jeon Jungkook pulled his girl closer to him and cuddled her. It was a bright sunny July morning in Seoul, South Korea. The couple was resting after the hectic day they had yesterday. Jungkook was recording the title song for his second mix tape which would be released early next year and Jadeline was busy with submitting last minute projects and papers. She was in her last semester of University which would be over in a week. Classes were held online until two months ago when most of the population of the country had gotten vaccinated against the Coronavirus.

"Kookie, I love you but I really need to get ready or else I will be late." Jadeline kissed Jungkook's right cheek gently and tried to get out of his arms but he kept her firmly inside of them.

"Why did you have to work out so much in the gym?" Jadeline cursed at Jungkook when she couldn't loosen his grip. 

"Don't act like you don't like it. This is not how you were behaving last night, baby." Jungkook raised his left eyebrow at her suggestively. Jadeline blushed crimson at his comment. They did have a very tiring night.

Jungkook chuckled at her reaction.

"Go get ready. I think I heard someone in the kitchen, I am pretty sure it is either Jimin Hyung or Taehyungie Hyung or both. I told you it wasn't a good idea to move across the hall from them all. They raid our refrigerator like wolves." Jungkook complained to Jadeline.

The couple had moved out of the Bangtan dorm in January of 2020. However, they did not move far away. They bought the apartment across the hall from their early home. The other BTS members were only a few steps away from them at all times. The members did not take the news kindly because they were used to living with Jungkook but understood that the couple needed some alone time as well.

"You are the one who wanted to move out. You are the one who always whined that we never got privacy there. And it is easier for you and the boys  to stay close to each other because of your schedule and also because you start crying if you don't see them for long. So, you don't get to complain, Jeon Jungkook." Jadeline scolded him.

Jungkook scowled and pouted at her.

He removed the blanket from himself and slid on his t-shirt and boxers from last night. He went downstairs to greet his guests who somehow always managed to come over uninvited.

Jadeline brushed her teeth, took a quick shower and changed into a light pink t-shirt and faded sky blue jeans. She picked up her bag and left the bedroom.

"How could you buy mint chocolate ice cream, Jaejae?!?" Namjoon was standing near the refrigerator door holding the pint of mint choco ice cream. He had the most horrified and disgusted expression on his face.

Jungkook, Taehyung and Jimin were eating their pancakes while watching television. Hoseok was busy making his breakfast in the kitchen.

Jadeline quickly went and took the pint of ice cream from Namjoon's hands and put it back in the freezer.

"Jungkook likes it, Oppa. You know his food habits. He can eat literally anything." Jadeline moved her hands exasperatedly while explaining to Namjoon. She was in her cousin's team when it came to hating mint chocolate ice cream but this was the beauty of living with another person, you adjusted around them and sometimes compromised. Like Jadeline knew that Jungkook did not like the absurd amount of Mathematics related books in their house but he never voiced that opinion out loud.

"I love you, Jadeline. You too, Kookie-ah. You guys always keep your kitchen stocked." Hoseok said to them while eating his cheese omelette.

"When did you people come over even?" Jadeline asked them.

"An hour ago. You both were probably still sleeping then." Taehyung replied to her. His mouth was full of pancakes and his cheeks were fluffed because of it.

"Jadeline, Yoongi Hyung sent over coffee for you. I put it in the small saucepan for you so that you can reheat it." Jimin told Jadeline.

She smiled at him thankfully.

"I still can't believe that you guys don't have a microwave in your home." Namjoon said to Jadeline and Jungkook when he saw her heating the coffee in the saucepan.

"Why don't you ask your perfect Golden Maknae about it, Oppa?" Jadeline said to Namjoon sweetly while frowning at Jungkook.

"Microwaves are scary you guys. I will not have that monster in my house." Jungkook announced loudly.

"Is this baby still crying about microwaves?" Yoongi said from near the door. Jin was standing beside him. Jungkook quickly went over to them and punched Jin's shoulder lightly. Jin retaliated by kicking Jungkook.

Jadeline drank her coffee, ate two pancakes kissed Jungkook and waved at the others before leaving for University.

"I will be late today, baby because I have to check out some books in the library." She informed Jungkook and closed the door behind her.

"I wanted to talk to you people about something." Jungkook told his band members.

They were scattered all over his living room. Some were occupying the couches while some were on the floor. Jungkook quickly ran to his room and came back a few minutes later.

"If this is another drawing about making fun of my height then I am going to smack your head Jungkookie. I am not kidding." Jimin threatened the youngest member gravely.

"This is something serious, Hyung. And also do you think you can reach till there?" Jungkook asked him cheekily.

The other members laughed loudly at Jimin's pout.

Jungkook cleared his throat for their attention and took out a small box from his pocket. It was a blue velvet box. He opened it to reveal a beautiful small princess cut diamond ring.

"I am going to ask Jade to marry me."
