Harry's POV:
It was time for Tom's trail and I was nervous like really really nervous. Everyone that was in my Potions class was asking me way too many questions. Me and the rest of the school walked down to the great hall where you saw Tom and a few Aurors and about 400 death eaters.
"We are here today to attend the tail of Tom Riddle you either stand with him or against him and we will have 2 representatives to stand with him and help him prove his innocence to us and we will have 2 to stand against him and help prove he is guilty now let's start" an Auror said
"Our first person to come up and talk is Mister Harry Potter" Minnie says
"Well then Mr. Potter will you be willing to stand against him or with him. Against Him I suppose?" the auror said chuckling
I got up and went to the front of the Hall
"Uh actually I would like to stand with him" I said and the hall broke out into gasps and yells
"Uh- oh okay then now please be quiet and hear what Mr.Potter has to say."
"Thank you. So many people are properly wondering why the heck I'm helping Tom with this. Well if you remember correctly during the final battle last year when it had come to the battle with only me and Tom, Tom backed down from the battle but still shot a spell right?

Harry's POV:
It was the final thing between Tom and me and I just had to win me and Tom were about to start throwing spells at each other. Tom said the few words no one thought they would ever hear coming from Tom and neither did I.
"You Win." many gasps were heard and people had fainted in shock.
Tom's POV:
I was about to go to warn Lily and James about Dumbledore and then I find myself in a battlefield facing someone and helpless bodies on the ground and many people were watching us. Who was this guy last I checked the only one that wanted me gone was Dumbledore. Since I didnt know where I was and who these people were I simply just said "You Win." and I heard many gasps even people fainting I was really confused when something overcame me again
*Killlll himmmm* something said so I shot "Stupefy" and magicly apperated away.
