"Quite a lot of them, huh?" Kakashi remarked.

"Tell me about it," I snorted.

Guy noticed the man who poisoned himself. "What happened to him?"

"He was supposed to throw me off guard so the other ones could ambush me," I replied. "Orochimaru is behind this. Look!"

I pointed towards the barrier.

Guy growled in frustration. "We've been careless, and now even Lord Hokage..." he trailed off.

Sakura was staring at Orochimaru with shock. A Sound ninja almost attacked her, but Kakashi took care of them.

"We have to go help him!" I exclaimed, with worry.

"Leave that to the ANBU Black Ops," Kakashi replied.

"Yeah, but-" Guy started.

"Just remember," Kakashi said. "He is the Hokage. He can handle it,"

Before I could say something, Ibiki found me and told me that they need help with the snakes that were unleashed in the village.

I turned to Kakashi and Guy. "Can you handle it?"

They both nodded and I sighed.

"Be safe," I said and left with Ibiki.

I found a large snake trying to threaten a family and I ran over to them, immediately weaving a sign for the rasengan.

The snake was stunned.

"Get out of here!" I exclaimed to them and they ran off.

"Water style, water chains!" I weaved a sign and chains of water wrapped around the snake, trapping it in place.

I used another rasengan and knocked out the snake. It poofed away and I was relieved.

I was still thinking about Kakashi and Naruto. I hope they were okay.

I helped a few other jounin who were struggling with the snakes.

More snakes surrounded me and I weaved a sign for a lightning release.

"Lightning style, lightning beam!"

A beam of lightning formed from my hand and I aimed it towards all the snakes that were coming for me. They all poofed away after being shocked.

The snakes wouldn't stop coming.

"Ninja Art Summoning: Bring down the house jutsu!"

I sighed with relief when I recognized that voice.

A massive toad fell from the ground and landed right on top of this snake's head, crushing it instantly.

"That jutsu!" Ibiki exclaimed in disbelief and shock.

I looked at Jiraiya, who stood on the toad's head.

"Long time no see, Ibiki!" He greeted. "What have they been feeding you? You used to be a little squirt!"

Ibiki stared wide-eyed at him.

"Great job back there Hana! I thought I'd have to come in and save you from that group of snakes," He complimented.

"M-Master Jiraiya!" Ibiki said, recovering from his shock.

One of the ninjas who was with us gasped too. "Jiraiya? One of the Sannin?!"

"Alright you baby chicks," Jiraiya turned to face the last two remaining snakes. "Open wide those beady little eyes of yours and watch closely!"

He jumped a little on his right foot and struck a pose. "When it comes to dealing with otherworldly freaks and monsters, no one's better than a strange hermit ninja. Thank goodness that Jiraiya is here!"

The two snakes looked at him with confusion since they couldn't understand him.

"Now unless you wanna make this frog really mad, you'll never bother us again!" Jiraiya continued talking to the snakes.

I leaped onto the frog's head to join him.

"Thank god you're here," I said. "They kept ambushing us,"

"Where's the old man?" He asked.

"The battle arena," I said, pointing towards the large barrier.

Jiraiya narrowed his eyes at the snakes, but he had a worried expression on his face. I was worried too. The Hokage was the only other person who was ever there for me.
