Harry Potter and the Curse of Idiots

Year 1/Chapter 1

Emma POV:

"EMMA, HURRY YOUR LAZY ASS UP! WE HAVE GUESTS COMING OVER!" Emma's mom yelled from downstairs. She rolled her eyes and went back to sleep. After a couple of minutes, she heard her bedroom door creak and she felt someone poke her back. She groaned, refusing to get up. Then she heard hushed whispers and giggles, but she ignored them. Whoever was in her room knew her weakness: poking her ribs. 

Emma squeaked and the person who poked her started laughing. She turned to glare at who it was and not much to her surprise, it was her three best friends: Eliza Waterson, Draco Malfoy, and Adrian Aguilera. She threw her pillows at them and got up from her bed. "Why do you guys like doing that to me? You three know I hate that." She asked, both annoyed and amused as she went into her closet and started changing. "Exactly!" Emma heard Adrian call out.

Emma walked out of her closet while slipping on a black hoodie. She was wearing a black V-neck t-shirt, ripped high waisted jeans, and black high-top Converse. "Ready Em?" Eliza asked her. She nodded as they headed downstairs. They were at the end of the fight of stairs when Emma was suddenly engulfed into a hug. The smell of a sweet perfume that smelled of marshmallows and she recognized who it was and hugged back, smiling wide.

"Hello dear, are you ready to go to Diagon Alley?" Mrs. Malfoy asked her. The young girl nodded as Mrs. Malfoy lead her son, Eliza, Adrian, and Emma to her fireplace and she knew exactly how they were getting to Diagon Alley. "Emma, sweetheart, do you know how to use the Floo Network?" She asked, with a slight hint of pure curiosity. "Yes, I do Mrs. Malfoy." Emma responded politely. They each grabbed a handful of the Floo powder and waited for their turn. Mrs. Malfoy was the first to go, followed by Adrian, followed by Eliza, then followed by Draco, and finally Emma.

                                             ~Time Skip to Diagon Alley~

"C'mon Mora, I want to go to Madame Malkin's before we go anywhere else!" Draco said, pulling on her arm causing her to stumble and trip into something, or rather, someone. "Are you alright, Miss?" a male's voiced asked. Emma looked up to find a fairly cute boy around her age with slightly messy black hair and light brown eyes.

 "Hm? Oh, yeah I'm fine. Thank you." She said, giving him a small smile. "Are you heading to Madame Malkin's?" He asked her. She nodded and he smiled. "I'm heading there too! Let's walk together?" Emma smiled as a way to tell him that she was okay with walking with him.

"I never asked your name and Merlin forbid that I call you 'Mystery Boy' from now on. I'm Emma Mora, pleasure to meet you!" She said, looking over at said Mystery Boy.

"I'm Xavier Espinosa and the pleasure is all mine! Oh we're here, by the way." he said.

Emma looked around and spotted Draco speaking to a boy with super messy black hair, sea green eyes, and round glasses; who was looking rather uncomfortable with their conversation. She sighed in both annoyance and defeat while shaking her head slightly. Oh, for Salazar's sake I can't leave that bleached ferret alone for five minutes... She thought.

Emma looked over at Xavier with an apologetic look. "Sorry Xavier, I have to go but it was nice meeting you!" He smiled at her and waved as she started making her way over to Draco and the unfortunate soul who was talking to him. 

Once she was behind her blonde friend, she smacked the back of his head, glaring down at him. "OW! Not even my family hits me! Just wait until my father hears about..." He started to say, only trailing off when he noticed her angry aura. "Draco Lucius Malfoy, I swear to Godric Gryffindor if you don't stop talking, I will make you shut up." She said menacingly before turning to the Ripoff Percy Jackson. "Sorry about him, mate! He can be a bit of a pain in the arse sometimes." Emma said, smiling at the poor boy before walking out of the robe shop, dragging Draco along with her.

I can't wait until I can go back home. I'm too tired for this...
