of hearing about my day

I am unheard
the people are tired
of knowing my name
I am nobody
I am no one
I am not important
in the face of this earth
But I try
I beg
I go up mountain peaks
to shout into the wind
The people are tired
of hearing my voice
—nobody loves it
I am unknown
the people are tired
of listening to my noise
