Steven: I was at the park, and some girl was covering her ears.
SkittishReflections: She probably has autism, Steven. Some people on the autism spectrum cover their ears, due to sensorial input.
Steven: Sensei?
SkittishReflections: No, you idiot! Noise sensitivity! They try to block it out, by covering their ears.
Steven: Is that why Damien covers his ears?
themysticalqueen: That's right.
Steven: Noises are a part of life.
Diane: You just don't understand autism, Steven. And, you better not pick on anyone for it, either.
Steven: Okay, okay.
Trevor: Got my eye on you.
Steven: Yes, I get it.
