"Oh my god, are they dating?" Jihyo asked a rhetorical question. Looking around Mina, it seems everyone believed that the random male student and Chaeyoung were in a relationship.
The sight was too excruciating for Mina to witness. Jealousy and envy rushed to her body. She ran away from the crowd before she could view anything else that would impair her further. She didn't have the right to be jealous. Chaeyoung wasn't even hers begin with. The event seems to have acted as deterrent towards Mina's feelings to Chaeyoung.
"Wait, Mina. What the hell? Where are you going?" Jihyo yelled as she noticed Mina leaving as fast she could.
Later that day, Mina sat down at the bench in the school's courtyard. She gloomily looked down at the chocolate packaging that was grasped tightly in her hands. Today was Valentine's day after all. Mina was going to hand the chocolate to Chaeyoung as a gift, but it looked like Chaeyoung doesn't need it anymore.
'Why did I even buy this? She already got it from someone else.' Mina thought to herself furiously and pathetically. Then, she opened her backpack aggressively, it looks like she might break the zipper even. The girl was about to shove the unwanted chocolate into her backpack but then a hand seized it away from her.
"Mina, this looks so good. Is this for me?" Chaeyoung grinned from ear to ear. The girl opened the chocolate packaging and began eating it blatantly without any confirmation from Mina. Startled, Mina just gazed up at Chaeyoung with perplex. Mina abruptly stood up. Before she could say anything, Chaeyoung hands reached for her own backpack. After rummaging through her backpack, she took out a heart-shaped chocolate box. The same one the male student had given to her earlier today. Chaeyoung directed the box towards Mina.
"Here take this, it looks delicious. Try it." Chaeyoung pushed it towards Mina's body, pressuring Mina into receiving it. Snapping out of her stupefaction, Mina takes the box. Mina was flustered and panicked, she had to turn her head the opposite way from Chaeyoung to conceal her unstoppable smile. She doesn't care if the chocolate was from the male. She was just cheerful Chaeyoung even gave her something. To her, this was adequate. It was enough, it was more than enough.
Still sitting down at her old seat, Mina glanced to the desk on the right. That desk belonged to Chaeyoung. Mina remembered just as vividly as if it was yesterday. Another piece of her dear memories popped into her mind again.
Chaeyoung was sleeping soundly right on her desk. It was just Mina and Chaeyoung in the classroom. When Mina was conscious that Chaeyoung had drifted into dreamland, Mina cautiously closed her book. She put her left arm upon the surface of her desk and laid her left cheek on it, making sure she gets a good view of Chaeyoung
'She is beautiful.' Is what Mina thought. Everything about Chaeyoung was gorgeous. Mina's favorite feature from Chaeyoung's face was the mole located near the bottom of the girl's mouth. Chaeyoung's face was so relaxed when she is resting. Mina was sure Chaeyoung was sleeping with tranquility and serenity. Being able to see Chaeyoung happy like this, was enough for her. Even though deep down, Mina wanted them to be more than just friends.

Another instance, when Chaeyoung was messing around with the classmates in their classroom. She was playing tag or was being chased by the others of some sorts. Chaeyoung took off her white long-sleeved dress shirt and threw it at Mina while running away. It was too hot and Chaeyoung concluded that the dress shirt will only hinder her running. Mina caught the shirt right away when it was thrown at her. Chaeyoung and her pursuer ran out of the room to continue their shenanigans, leaving a bewildered Mina behind.
Looking around the classroom, seeing that no one had paid attention to her. She brought Chaeyoung's dress shirt up her nose and smelled it. Mina instantaneously regret the decision right away. The dress shirt reeked the smell of sweat. Mostly because Chaeyoung had been running around the classroom during the break. Sighing, Mina placed the white dress shirt on the desk. She took out a pen and subconsciously drew a heart in the collar of the shirt. After a while, she snapped out of it. Realizing what she had just committed, she frantically tried to erase the heart. But to no avail. So she flips the collar over and wrote:
