I feel so stupid that I didn't upload this before Christmas! Ya that was a really smart move. Anyway I hope some of you guys will still read this! Hope you has a Merry Christmas and that you have a happy new year! Anyone else disappointed it didn't snow in California? *sigh* I will be uploading a poem about New Years ON TIME ;) *there is some kinda religious stuff in here thought I would mention it, don't want to offend anyone*

Christmas Season
A cold day shows outside
as a warm fire crackles
it is the eve before Christmas
when the night is safe and sound
sweet dreams of candy canes and gingerbread men
and sugar plums dancing to delight in
upon this snowy night children hold dear
and all seems right
tomorrow will be a cheerful awakening
when gifts are unwrapped exchanged by family and friends
gather together around a Christmas tree and sing a carol
looking at all the decorations, shining everywhere red and green
but now no one seems to believe
in Christmas for all the right reasons
only for the money and gifts that people selfishly desire
and the changing of the seasons, before the new year
but don't forget that first Christmas night
what happened in Bethlehem, it was a wonderful sight
where the lord, our savior
lay his head in a manger
so this Christmas, try to remember
what we really should celebrate this month of December
