Robin’s POV

I woke up this morning, with sleepy Ted next to me, he was kinda cute when he was asleep. Anyways, I got out of bed and went to the kitchen, made a coffee and drank it calmly, it was Saturday after all. After I finished my coffee, I felt Ted’s arms around my waist, I turned around and kissed him.

“Morning Princess” he said calmly
“Good morning, how are you?” I replied
“Good, I guess, my day is always good if I get to see you”
“I love you too” I said and kissed him
“Wow, Scherbatsky now says I love you regularly, you are becoming kind of an I love you slut”
“Well, at least I didn’t say it on the first date”
“That was brave”
“Weird”
“Or brave?”
“Pretty much weird”
“Okay then, anyways If I hadn’t said that we wouldn’t be here now”
I shook my head, laughed, smirked, and told him “You are an idiot”
He kissed me and said “That is Robin’s Scherbatsky’s sign of I love you”
“Okay, you got me” I kissed him once more while putting my arms around his neck.
“Hey, what should we do today?”
“I don’t know, what would you like?”
“I’m first driving Penny to her friends house, and Luke is on his scout camping trip. So the day is fully ours”
“Okay!”
“Oh yes, and by the way, I know you are a gun enthusiast, I think I would like to try some guns-”
“You? Guns? I thought you were against them-”
“Yeah, but there must be something in the which makes my fiance like them”
“Okay then, we can go shooting this afternoon?”
“Sounds just fine”

I N       T H E       A F T E R N O O N

“So, that's the stuff”
“Woah. When did you learn to be so good at aiming?”
“My dad taught me to shoot as a kid, and since then I’m good at it”
“Could I try?”
“Of course, but be careful of the recoil!”
“Mhm, don’t worry!”

Ted shot, to my impression he was really good! he even hit bullseye!

“Wow mr Architect, you are good at guns~”
“I know but how come I haven't tried them earlier?”
“I don’t know, maybe you were against them? But y’know, guns are fun”
“I know! this is amazing!”
I heard a notification ring on my phone, Ted’s phone rang too. That’s weird. Anyways I went to check the text, and it was Nora, texting on the gang chat-
“Ted!”
“Huh?”
“Barney’s had a heart attack-”
