"Why don't you come train tomorrow?" Shane asked Jimmy. "If you're serious I'm a certified instructor."

"For now he can come with us." Andrea said.

"He's yours to babysit then." Shane told her.

Adelaine approached Evan as he walked out of the farmhouse with Maggie.

"You coming?" she asked him as she checked her guns.

"You actually want me to go with you?" he asked as he walked down the steps while Maggie went to Glenn.

"Yeah." Adelaine shrugged her shoulders. "You can use a gun and I know I won't have to babysit you."

"Sure." Evan nodded.

Adelaine pulled one of the guns in her waistband and handed it to him.

"You're giving me one of your guns?" he asked.

"Yes, so feel honored." She said pointedly and he chuckled. Adelaine tossed him a backpack. "Let's go pretty boy."

Evan nodded and followed behind her.

"You heading out?" they turned and saw Lori standing there.

"Yep." Adelaine nodded. Lori and Adelaine had always got along especially since her and Carl were close.

"Alone?" Lori asked.

"No, I'm taking pretty boy with me." Adelaine pointed at Evan. Lori shook her head with a smile.

"Well let's hope your wish comes true." Lori said and Adelaines jaw dropped.

"Lori we do not speak of that conversation you oh so rudely overheard." Adelaine told the woman. Lori laughed while Evan looked confused.

"Wait what?" he asked. Adelaines eyes widened.

"Nothing." she quickly responded. "Bye Momma Grimes!"

She grabbed Evan's arm and pulled him along.

"So what's this wish of yours?" Evan asked after they had been walking through the woods in a comfortable silence.

"Nothing." Adelaine replied a little to fast and Evan raised his eyebrows.

"Seems like something." he shrugged.

"It was a conversation between Glenn and I that Lori just so happened to hear."

"Well, what was it?"

Adelaine looked at him. "Glenn thinks Maggie's hot." she blurted out.

"What?" Evan stopped walking and turned to her.

"Yeah, I think Glenn likes Maggie." she winced knowing she was basically throwing her bestfriend under the bus.

"Okay." Evan shrugged and kept walking. Adelaine's mouth went agape.

"What do you mean 'okay'?" Adelaine asked as she moved to follow after him. "You're not gonna go all 'protective older brother' on him?"

"No. He's a good guy from what I can tell. And I think Maggie likes him too." Evan said.

"Unbelievable. I just threw him under the bus just for you to be supportive." she crossed her arms and shook her head. Evan chuckled.

"So now tell me what you're part of the conversation was." Evan quipped.

"No."

"Why?" he asked.

"Because." she said sassily and he rolled his eyes.
