Melanie and her dad lives on Dug lockwoods land, which also comes with a very attractive son, Tatum Lockwood. Tatum is supposedly the schools 'bad boy' as everyone says. You won't catch ever Tatum with a girl, though. Tatum and Melanie instantly hate each other. Melanie hates his rude, cocky personality and Tatum hates Melanie's happy and giddy personality.
