(Prolugue) "Cendrillon"

Frisk says just returning home from work, putting here purse and keys on the table before going to room jump onto the bed face first before sighing.

Apparently one of her coworkers were making one of the girls uncomfortable making Frisk having to step in to help out. Frisk and her coworker had a heated argument about him sexual assaulting the girl, but they both ended up getting in trouble for being loud and distributing the office workers there when the boss clearly did nothing to help and getting there pay 20% down.

Frisk continues to sigh deciding to ignore it for today and tell the boss what happened later as the boss didn't get to hear her out. Thinking before turning her head to look at her desk beside her bed. On top of it, was her favorite book she had been reading the pass few days.

Frisk smiles before getting off her bed to take a quick shower, later getting out grabbing the book and sitting on her bed laying against the wall behind her.

The book she was holding was old and rusty with a golden title called "Cendrillon".

The female protagonist in the story Addilyn who lives in the world where kings and queens, monsters and humans exist. Addilyn is just a normal village girl who one day was at a beautiful garden and saw a birds nest about to fall of a tree and wanted to help the baby birds climbing onto the tree.

As she was able to help put the nest on a safe spot but accidentally slipped and was about fall before a figure seems to caught her. A goat monster who is prince Asriel himself the first male lead in the story.

Duke sans the skeleton being the second male lead, Frisk favorite male leads. Sans caught interest on Addilyn when she confronted human about monsters rights in front on many nobles, with such confidence. He reveals his face to the main protagonist about his curse and that her and his younger brother Papyus (who is part of the  royal guards) only they know about his life and sad past.

When Sans was younger he was born with a hideous curse on the left side on his face by a greedy human, rejected by his father except for his little brother
Sans has always despised humans deeply until he met Addilyn. The most sweetest and kindest human he had ever met, but at last Sans didn't get the ending he wanted, letting him despise humans more and still having live with this hideous curse for the rest of his life.

Lastly Chara, one of Frisk favorite character out of the whole story. She was mistreated as a child and disgusted by her selfish and greedy family, Charas father cheated on his wife for another woman. Which caused her to give birth to Chara, he wanted to get rid of her but. The particular reason for the circumstance is that she had red eyes which is within the family line on having unique eye color. Considering them having to keeping her, in Charas whole life her father would always insult her and as well as the maids and servants. They humiliated her so much that she wanted to run away only able to get a loaf of breed with her.

Out in the cold and met a monster boy who was prince Asriel but Chara didn't know. She than decided to share and give him half a breed and that day, they bounded and became friends. But as they grew, Asriel wasn't able to meet her because of his duty as a prince and Chara being band from going outside without his parents permission. Chara grew cold to anyone around her at the age of 19, who mostly tormented the sweet innocent heroine as well as humiliate the second male lead.

She than had met her sad ending for a villainess, being told by her father to ask her daughter to kill the prince herself. Of course she denies this request. But than was insulted to not listen to was he wanted and if she wanted to be loved by her father, she would as he said. So she accepted and was going to assassinate the prince the day of the masquerade with two humans watching over her. Eventually Chara metting her unhappy ending as a villainess, getting caught in the act and was hanged for treason.

Only having Asriel and Addilyn happy ending...

Frisk really liked the concept of the story, a sweet female protagonist who sees the good in everyone monsters and humans but..

"WHY DIDN'T SHE END UP WITH SANS!?!"

Frisk grabs her pillow and muffles on to it before laying back looking at the ceiling.

"Duke has an interesting character and backstory, he even showed her his face! That must have been a special moment!"

Frisk says placing arm on her forehead, continuing to look at the ceiling.

Frisk takes a huge sighs before gets up from her bed and placing her book down on the desk, turning off the light in her room and going on to bed.

"If I was Chara, I would have taken the chance to redeem myself and the opportunity to call out for help.."

Frisk thought to herself before closing her eyes and falling asleep.
