"So you gonna model for me at the river?" He asks giving me a small wink.
I roll my eyes at him and shake my head. "In your dreams" I scoff.
"Pleeeaaasssee" he whines as he rests his hands on my hips and snuggles in the crook of my neck. I'm learning quickly he knows exactly how to get his way. He basically acts cute and gives me puppy dog eyes and I fall for it every damn time.
"Ugh Kai" I laugh as I try to shove him off.
I feel him chuckle against my neck, and he presses a light kiss to the spot where my mark was, and whispers a please in a low husky tone. When cute and puppy dog eyes doesn't work, he does a full 180 and turns on that sexy charm of his that I love so much.
"Fine" I sigh, and he pulls his head away from my neck and shows me his gorgeous wide smile.
"Thank you" he says dropping his eye in a wink.

After Kai and I got back from our hike, we decide to nap for a bit since we had been up so early this morning. Once again I was able to fall right to sleep in his arms with no nightmares.
When we got up it was around 1, so we made sandwiches and packed a picnic basket to take to the river after our swim.
I'd never been swimming in a river before, so I was super excited.
I dressed in a tank top and shorts since I didn't have any sort of swimsuit, and Kai grabbed an extra pair of basket ball shorts for himself.
"Before we get in the river, you should take your socks of and wear your shoes. The rocks can be a bit rough." He says as we pack up the truck to drive down to the river. "You're not super attached to those shoes right?" He asks with a chuckle as he nods down at my shoes.
I look down at my old converse that I've had probably since high school. I look back up at him and shake my head. "They're 8 years old I think I'm good" I say with a chuckle.
"Good! Then let's go" he says with a smile and hops in the truck.
The drive to the river was as smooth as it possibly could be on these rocky roads, the ride down the hill was probably the hardest, but eventually we made it.
We rode with the windows down to pick the perfect picnic spot.
We chose an area that had a shaded area for us to enjoy our picnic without getting too hot.
The view from below was just as gorgeous as the view from above. The rushing water sounded even prettier down here.

"This is so freaking cool" I squeal like a child. I loved swimming, and as I said before I've never gone swimming in a river.
"Come on" he says with a wide smile as he helps me down from the truck.
