This is what I believe is canon to LU and I will comment on some of them (if not all of them.)
Time/Malon: This is confirmed canon and I'm liking it. I haven't played OOT, but they are so adorable. AND THEY'RE MARRIED!!! UwU
Sky/Sun: I LOVE THEM. I LOVE THEM. I LOVE THEM. They are confirmed as well. Sun is Sky's Zelda btw. They are the cutest! They are my OTP.
Twilight/Midna: Canon. I ship them, but I surprisingly don't as much as I thought I would. Probably because she felt so much like a friend to me when playing the game. I'm also that weird person who gets more frustrated with her than with Fi. IDK. Also Midna left. T-T
Legend/Marin: Not confirmed canon, but it is most likely. I love them! I've watched the cutscenes for LA and they were so cute! But... Marin... you just had to go and not exist... Please wait one moment while I go cry in the corner...
Wind/Tetra: They're still kids, but they are probably gonna end up together. Let them be kids. Precious beans. UwU
Wild/Flora: Not quite confirmed, but... it... is...
Based upon my own logic, he couldn't possibly be thinking about Mipha when Malon was talking about their love lives. Also in that one where he sees Zelda with short hair he was blushing. Right? Anyway I ship them.
Hyrule/Princess Zelda: not confirmed. I think they'd be cute. Hyrule would be all bashful. Aww. Btw I forgot her nickname.
Warriors/Artemis: not confirmed. Then again, the author did say if there wasn't another girl to make things complicated then the default was Zelda. That goes for Hyrule too. I feel like they would love each other, but they wouldn't confess it to one another until a while later. Haha.
Four/Dot: Smol beans. I love them.
